According to the World Health Organization's criteria for entering an aging society,the proportion of people over the age of 65 who account for 7% of the total population or over 60 years old reaches 10%.Zhejiang Province has long been a super-standard aging province.According to the sample survey of population changes in Zhejiang Province in 2017,the population aged 65 and over accounted for 13.0%of the total population,and the proportion of people aged 60 and over accounted for18.9%.As a vulnerable group,the elderly are prone to loneliness and loneliness.At the same time,the body is aging,sick and ill,with high prevalence,high rate of treatment,poor treatment and long course of disease.The elderly need more and better psychologically and physiologically.Health care resources.The health of the elderly in the context of aging is a serious reality.Through a comprehensive survey of several provincial-level comprehensive top three hospitals in Zhejiang Province,this paper analyzes the current talents and bed configuration of geriatrics,the annual emergency department and hospitalization of geriatrics,and analyzes the current needs of elderly patients.The supply of medical services for the elderly in tertiary hospitals.Through in-depth interviews with relevant medical staff,the first-line clinical views and suggestions on the allocation of medical resources for the elderly are obtained.At present,the development of geriatrics in our province lags behind,and there is a serious shortage of medical professionals in the elderly.Although the government has begun to pay attention to the basic medical care for the elderly,emphasizing the combination of medical care and maintenance,it has not paid enough attention to the high-quality and high-quality geriatric health services in the acute phase of geriatric diseases.And related policies are absent.On this basis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the allocation of medical resources for the elderly are put forward,so as to better serve the sick elderly,truly realize the old age,the disease is medical,and the health is aging.
