It shared the same dimensions with the Nursing students’ ethical qualities questionnaire. Its content validity was also good, and the Content Validity Index (CVI) is0.931. The half reliability was0.841. And the Cronbach’a=0.784, which meat that the questionnaire had good equivalence reliability. All the date was analyzed by using the SPSS18.0. Date processing made using T test, test one-way ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression analysis done by the software, respectively. Results The results of statistic description is (1) The score of nursing students’ ethical qualities was (3.96±0.34), with a higher scores in the dimension of ethical awareness (4.28±0.38), with a lower scores in the dimension of professional values scoring (2.88±0.51), the dimension of professional behaviors scoring (4.23±0.41).(2) The scores of influencing factors arranging from high to low were:conventional teaching (3.50±0.33), behavioral training (3.26±0.34), environmental impact (2.86±0.51).The results of Mean comparison are (1) The differences between genders in nursing students’ethical qualities are significant notably(t=3.750, P=0.000), and the score in female nursing students (3.97±0.33) was higher than male nursing students (3.65±0.28).(2) The differences among3grades in nursing students’ethical qualities are significant notably (F=3.205, P=0.042), and the score of Grade4(4.03±0.34) was higher than Grade3(3.93±0.35) and Grade5(3.91±0.31).(3) The differences among3grades in conventional teaching are significant notably(F=22.489, P=0.000), and the scores of Grade5(3.31±0.38) was lower than Grade3(3.60±0.26) and Grade4(3.56±0.26).(4) The differences among3grades in behavioral training of professional values are significant notably(F=9.972, P=0.000), and the scores of Grade5(2.31±0.38) was lower than Grade3(2.52±0.56) and Grade4(2.64±0.46).Person correlation analysis showed that the variables which had intimate relationship to the nursing students’ professional values, ethical awareness, and professional behaviors were conventional teaching, behavioral training and environment impact. It was displayed by the stepwise regression analysis that behavioral training was included in regressive model, and there was a statistically significant in the model(F=146.074, P=0.000), which means that behavioral training was the determining factor in educating nursing students’ ethical qualities, and it could explain35.8%of the variance in nursing students’ ethical qualities. Conclusion Nursing students’ ethical qualities are almost good, especially their ethical awareness. But there is a gap between ethical awareness and professional behaviors of the nursing students. And the students’professional values are not so optimistic. The students have recognized that nursing is to promote health, to alleviate suffering, but they are not so willing to be a nurse, because of the working condition. So the students’ professional values should be improved greatly. Behavioral training, conventional teaching, and environmental factors are all influencing the nursing students’ ethical qualities, especially behavioral training. So behavioral training is an effective way to improve the nursing students’ ethical qualities. It is the key in nursing ethics education. It should be penetrating in nursing ethics education, connecting the theory teaching and practical teaching closely. In addition, nursing as a profession and the meaning of nursing in wider social should also be more emphasized.
