Clinical Observation Of SM Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation With Stagnation Of Liver Qi And Deficiency Of Blood

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of SM Decoction in treating functional consti-pation with stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of blood,and provide guidance for clinical treatment if this type of disease.Method:120 case of intestinal dryness type functional constipation with stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of blood,who visited the clinic department of Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM from March 2017 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into treatment group 60 case and control group 60 case.The treatment group was treated with SM Decoction,and the control group was treated with Lactulose oral solution for 8 weeks.Evaluated the proportion of patient with changes of sing item and main symptoms,more than 3 times SCBM,total effective rate of TCM.Software of IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Main and sing item symptom: The symptoms of the two groups were alleviatiated in different degrees after treatment.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving symptoms(P<0.05).2.The patients reaching an average of three or more spontaneous completely bowel movement(SCBM):After forth and eighth weeks of treatment,the proportion of patients with spontaneous defecation not less than three times a week was similar(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups had the same effect in improving spontaneous defecation not less than three times a week.3.TCM syndrome: After treatment,the TCM syndromes of both groups were improved.The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.8% respectively,the total effective rate of treatment group was 77.6% respectively.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.In terms of safety: There were no significant adverse reactions occurred during treatment in both groups.Conclusion: SM Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of functional constipation with stag-nation of liver qi and deficiency of blood.It is safe and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
