Clinical Observation Of Qiguiyichang Decoction On Functional Constipation Of Deficiency Of Qi And Blood

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Qigui Yichang decoction on functional constipation with deficiency of qi and blood,so as to further enrich the traditional Chinese medicine treatment ideas and methods of functional constipation,better solve the pain of patients with constipation,and provide scientific basis for clinical popularization.Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019,60 qualified cases were collected from tutor's clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).According to the principle of random control,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Qigui Yichang decoction,and the control group was treated with lactulose oral liquid for 4 weeks.To observe the total TCM symptom score,TCM main symptom score,TCM secondary symptom score and TCM single symptom score before and after treatment in the two groups.Followed up after 4 weeks of withdrawal.Statistical analysis according to relevant indicators.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% after treatment,and the total effective rate of the control group was 79.3%.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the improvement of constipation main symptoms: both groups can effectively improve the main symptoms of constipation(P<0.05),and there is no significant difference in the overall effect(P<0.05);on the improvement of constipation secondary symptoms:both groups can significantly improve the secondary symptoms of constipation(P<0.05),but the overall effect of the two groups is significantly different,and the treatment group is significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).To improve the single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: the treatment group in defecation effort,palpitations shortness of breath,fatigue,less gas lazy speech,facial color without Hua of the effect is better than the control group(P<0.05),in the improvement of stool dry knot,defecation interval extension,dizziness of the treatment group and the control group equivalent(P<0.05).Neither group had any adverse reactions during medication.Recurrence rate was low in the treatment group(P<0.05),and the long-term effect was considerable.Conclusion: Qigui Yichang decoction has great effect on functional constipation patients with deficiency of Qi and blood,and the long-term effect is considerable,safe and reliable.
