Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Li Qi Jian Pi Anagrapy Treatment With Functional Constipation Of Liver Stsgnation Andspleen Deficiency

Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of Li Qi Jian Pi anagrapy in the treatment of functional constipation of Stagnation of Liver qi and Spleen Deficiency.Methods:Collected from April 2015 to December 2015 in the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine. The collected 38 patients with Functional Constipating of Stagnation of Liver qi and Spleen Deficiency were received Li Qi Jian Pi anagrapyas the study group. The whole course was 4 weeks and the post-treatment follow-up would be in the next 3 month, and observe to the changes of the improvement of symptoms, anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) after treatment observe the efficiency of study group. Fill in clinical case registration form in the process of 0,4 week, observe and record main symptoms, secondary symptoms, SAS and SDS, the change of the illness, after the study looked at were analyzed.By inputting the data into the software of SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis.Results:Clinical study in the treatment group to Li Qi Jian Pi anagrapy treatment of 38 cases of patients, compared and analyzed symptoms integral before and after treatment, there was significant difference (P<0.01). Compared degree of main, secondary symptoms and signs, there existed significant differences after 0,4 week treatment (P<0.01), having statistical significance.Increasing the recovered in 14 cases,12 cases were markedly effective,7 cases effective,2 had no effect, total effective rate 94.3%. Stop follow-up 3 month after treatment, the treatment group,4 cases were recurrent, the recurrence rate is 12.1%.Conclusion:The treatment of Li qi Jian pi anagrapy with functional constipation of Stagnation of Liver qi and Spleen Deficiency in total efficiency, clinical symptom score, clinical efficiency and the recurrence rate is treatment of functional constipation of Stagnation of Liver qi and Spleen Deficiency safe and effective prescription.
