Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenbai lotion combined with red light in the treatment of postoperative wound of low simple anal fistula with wet-heat wadding, and to prove that this method can reduce postoperative complications of anal fistula and promote wound healing. Methods: 72 cases of low simple anal fistula with wet-heat stacking were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36)according to the sequence of hospitalization.Patients in both groups underwent anal fistula resection under anesthesia at yaoshu point. On the basis of postoperative routine treatment, the treatment group was treated with fumigation and red light with Shenbai lotion. The control group was treated with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution fumigation combined with red light.By observing the two groups of postoperative wound secretion, wound pain, wound granulation morphology, wound bleeding, wound edema, wound healing time and the overall efficacy after 28 days of treatment, the data were statistically processed for evaluation. Results: 1 general data: there was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease, and postoperative original wound area between the two groups(p > 0.05).2 Wound secretion score: at the 3rd,7th,10 th and 14 th days after surgery, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).3 VAS: at the 3rd,7th,10 th and 14 th days after surgery, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).4 Wound granulation morphology score: on the 3rd after surgery,p = 0.170 > 0.05 in the two groups, which was not statistically significant. The difference was statistically significant at the 7th,10 th and 14 th days after surgery(p < 0.05).5 Wound bleeding score: at the 3rd,7th,10 th and 14 th days after surgery, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).6 Wound edema score: at the 3rd,7th,10 th and 14 th days after surgery, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).7 Wound healing time: the average healing time of the treatment group was 19.23±1.70 days, while that of the control group was 22.03±2.67 days. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).8 Comparison of overall curative effect: the total curative effect of the two groups was evaluated on the 28 th day after surgery. The cure rates of both groups were 100%,p=1,and the difference was not statistically significant.9 No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion: 1 The application of Shenbai lotion combined with red light after the operation of low simple anal fistula with wet-heat staining can reduce the postoperative complications of anal fistula and promote wound healing.2 In the postoperative treatment of postoperative low simple anal fistula, the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing postoperative wound pain, reducing wound secretion, reducing wound bleeding, promoting granulation growth and shortening wound healing time.Compared with the overall curative effect, the two groups had the same curative effect.3.Shenbai lotion combined with red light treatment showed no adverse reactions in the postoperative treatment of low simple anal fistula with wet-heat wadding, which can significantly improve postoperative complications of anal fistula and promote wound healing, and is worthy of clinical application.
