Observation On The Efficacy Of The No. 2 Prescription For Hemorrhoids In The Postoperative Anti-infection Of Low-position Simple Anal Fistula (damp-heat Syndrome

Objective: To observe the anti-infection effect of Zhiyan Erhao on after Shire Xiazhu Low-level simple anal fistula.Methods: The 60 patients of low-grade simple anal fistula who met the inclusion criteria from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was given hemorrhoids square 2 on the same postoperative day,and the control group was given cefoxitin injection on the same day after the treatment group.Observe two groups of patients with fever,number of abnormal cases,hypersensitive C reactive protein,abnormal calcitonin cases,wound pain classification,outside the edge of edema score,different time granulation tissue growth,wound healing time,drug costs,constipation cases and related indicators,record data,statistical analysis,evaluation of clinical curative effect.Results:(1)Number of fever cases,white blood cell count and hypersensitivity C-reactive protein index: intra-group comparison: the data were statistically different after treatment(P <0.05),indicating that both groups were effective on the recovery of fever,white blood cell count and hypersensitive C-reactive protein index.Comparison between groups: there was no statistical difference between the two groups of data at the same time point(P> 0.05),indicating that the two groups had comparable effects on the recovery of fever,leukocyte count and hypersensitivity C-reactive protein index.(2)Wound pain grade: intra-group comparison: the post-treatment data were statistically different(P <0.05),indicating that the drugs in both groups were effective in pain reduction.Comparison between groups: There was no statistical difference between the two groups at the same time point(P> 0.05),indicating that the two groups had comparable effects on reducing pain symptoms.(3)the within-group comparison was statistically different after treatment(P <0.05),indicating that both groups were effective in reducing wound edema.Comparison between groups: there was no statistical difference between the two groups of data at the same time point(P> 0.05),indicating that the effect of the two groups on wound edema reduction was comparable.(4)Number of granulation tissue growth at different times: intra-group comparison: the data after treatment were statistically different after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the drugs in both groups were effective on granulation growth.Comparison between groups: there was no statistical difference between the two groups of data at the same time point(P> 0.05),indicating that the effect of the two groups of drugs on promoting granulation growth was comparable.(5)Wound healing time: intra-group comparison: the post-treatment data were statistically different(P <0.05),indicating that both groups were effective on wound healing.Comparison between groups: there was no statistical difference between the two groups at the same time point(P> 0.05),indicating that the drugs of the two groups had comparable effects on promoting wound healing.(6)Drug cost: there is a significant statistical difference(P <0.01),The drug cost was lower in the treatment group than in the control group.(7)Hospital days: there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),indicating that the number of hospital days in the two groups was comparable.(8)Number of constipation cases: the data were statistical different(P <0.05),The control group had more constipation than the treated group.(9)Neither group had any significant adverse effects during the observation period.Conclusion: Zhiyan Erhao and cefoxitin have similar anti-infection effect after simple anal fistula,but hemorrhoitis 2 can reduce postoperative constipation complications and also reduce the treatment cost of patients.It is also in line with the Ministry of Health’s policy of rational use of antibiotics,so it is suitable for its application in more grassroots hospitals.
