| Objective:Through clinical observation contrasts the improved LI FT surgery to treat low-level simple anal fistula with the traditio nal anal fistula incision operation in the treatment of low simple anal fistula,to evaluate the effectiveness,safety and practicality of the improved LIFT Surgery for the treatment of low simple anal f istula objectivly.By studying and standardizing the operation metho d of this surgery,On that basis,forming a technical operation for c linical popularization.Method:Analyze a total of 60 patients hospitalized for low-level simple anal fistula from the department of Anorectal of the affili ated hospital of changchun university of Chinese medicinethe first hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and the depart ment of Colorectal and Anal surgery of Jilin University first hospi tal during February 2016 to December 2016.Taking the patients from the department of Colorectal and Anal surgery of Jilin University f irst hospital as control group,and the patients from the department of Anorectal of the affiliated hospital of changchun university of Chinese medicinethe first hospital of Changchun University of Chin ese Medicine as treatment group.Improved LIFT surgery was performed in the treatment group,and traditional anal fistula was performed in the control group.Patients were informed of the possible complic ations of the surgical approach in the preoperative.and the patient s were informed of a downward operation.At last,the indicators such as postoperative pain,anus function reservation,avoiding anal sten osis and incision healing time were compared in the two groups.Results:The healing time of the two groups and the postoperative complications(pain,edema,anus function reservation,avoiding anal st enosis)are statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment grou p is better than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of the low-level simple anal fistula by the improved LIFT surger can effectively reduce postoperative pa in,edema,anus function reservation and avoid the postoperative anal stenosis,At the same time,it has the advantages of convenient oper ation,curative effect,safe and economic.it should be widely popular ized in clinic. |
