For The Treatment Of Distal Incision Hangs Line Suture High Simple Anal Fistula Of 48 Cases Of Clinical Observation

objective: evaluate the clinical effects of incision seton distal suturetherapy treating high simple anal fistula based on the retrospective summaryof48high simple anal fistula patients treated by incision seton distal suturetherapy.Methods:48patients hospitalized in proctology dept. in affiliated hospitalof Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine due to high simple analfistula from September,2009to September,2011. They are diagnosed definiteand treated by incision seton distal suture therapy. Apply anti-inflammation,Chinese medicine lotion steaming and washing and conventional dressing changeafter the surgery.Results:47of the48patients are cured once.1patient gets wound infectionand cured by drainage. Average course of treatment is16days.Conclusion: Incision seton distal suture therapy treating high simple analfistula can cure fundamentally as well protect form and function of the analto the maximum extent. Wound is reduced, patents’ pain is eased, tissue repairis accelerated and course of treatment is shortened. Post-operation Scar is smalland recurrence rate is low. This therapy is the exact way to cure high simpleanal fistula.
