| Objective: Through the comparative analysis,we observed the clinical efficacy of Hemorrhoids powder scattered fumigation bath on the low postoperative simple anal fistula impact of the wound.Methods: A total of 60 patients with the simple low anal fistula diagnosed during the period from March 2015 to February 2017 were enrolled in the anorectal department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:Postoperative hemorrhoids scattered fumigation bath group(treatment group)and Postoperative potassium permanganate solution fumigation sitting bath group(control group),each group of 30 cases.The wound healing rate and wound healing time were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the two groups had comprehensive effects,wound pain,wound exudation,wound granulation tissue morphology,anal edema,wound healing rate and wound healing time.Results:1.There was no statistical difference in age,sex,condition and original wound area between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the comprehensive curative effect(P>0.05).3.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the degree of pain and the degree of anal edema at the 3rd and 7th day after operation(P<0.01),and on the 14 th day,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).4.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the comparison of the exudation of wound exudates at the 3rd and 7th day after operation(P<0.05),and on the 14 th day,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).5.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the granulation tissue morphology of the wound group at the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation(P<0.05).6.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the wound healing rate(P>0.05),and there were significant differences at the 7th and 14 th day(P<0.05).7.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the wound healing time(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Hemorrhoids powder scattered fumigation bath with Yixiaogao and potassium permanganate solution fumigation bath with Yixiaogao to promote low postoperative simple anal fistula after the recovery of the wound have a good clinical efficacy.2.Potassium permanganate solution fumigation bath with Yixiaogao compared to Hemorrhoids powder scattered fumigation bath with Yixiaogao application in the low early simple anal fistula surgery can significantly reduce the patient’s wound pain,anal edema and reduce the exudate of secretions of the wound,and in the whole course of disease can accelerate the growth rate of wound granulation tissue,and promote wound healing.3.Potassium permanganate solution fumigation bath with Yixiaogao compared to Hemorrhoids powder scattered fumigation bath with Yixiaogao application in the low level of simple anal fistula surgery can significantly improve the wound healing rate,shorten the wound healing time. |
