The Development Dilemma And Countermeasures Research Of Medical-Nursing Combined Institutions In Small Towns

As the aging population degree is deepened,the “silver wave” that swept across the country impacted on the traditional domestic pension model,the number of Empty Nester is increasing,family pension function weakened,and the pension service system is facing serious challenges,under the increasingly severe pension situation,how to meet the elderly pension needs is becoming a hot topic of public concern.Building a new pension service system based on healthy aging theory,improving the life satisfaction of elderly as a development goal,not only can it reduce the pension burden of young people,it's also conducive to solving various problems caused by aging,realizing the elderly “a sense of security,medical” indeed.In recent years,local governments have combined their own experiences,developed the medical-nursing combined model,unified the institutional access standards,improved the level of pension services and continuously promoted the development of medical integration.In 2015,The government began to choose some areas with good economic conditions for piloting,and the pension work in various places has achieved remarkable results.But there is still no successful model for reference,the daily work can only be explored by the institutions.And the government generally chooses the pilot address to avoid small towns,the medical work in these areas is progressing slowly,the combined medical institutions' services are not satisfied and expose a lot of problems in the process of development.Therefore,taking the combined medical institutions in small towns,and the research about this issue of the combined medical model that integrates the functions of pension,prevention and rehabilitation has a very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper collects relevant information on the development of the medical care combined with aged care services,sorts out the development process and understands the combined medical institutions,this article take the Hengshui city F pension rehabilitation center as a breakthrough point to do filed research.By communicating with the dean,we learn about the development status of the nursing home.Then we obtain the first-hand interview data by using semi-structured interviews with older people,and point out the problems of the institutions from the cost of start-up,services,staff structure and management mechanism.Furthermore,we analysis the reasons of those problems from government,institution and culture.Finally,we combine with the difficulties faced by the organizations in the future and put forward some suggestions to promote the combined medical institutions,which including intensifying government responsibility awareness,integrating the medical resources,making the right conception,reinforcing the construction of the compound staffs and building a smart aged service platform.Although this model is in the stage of coexistence between development and problems in our country,but in the long run,it is an innovative way to solve the current pension problem with great vitality.Improving the service of combined medical institutions in small towns,it's conducive to actively respond to the aging of the population,improve people's livelihood and build a harmonious society.
