Research On The Investigation,Analysis And Development Strategy Of Qingdao Medical-nursing Combined Institutions

With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,the aging of the population is becoming more and more serious.The increase in the elderly population has driven the development of the pension service industry.Affected by the economic level,the elderly have higher and higher expectations for elderly care services,at present,old people are not only paying attention to the care of their lives but also paying more attention to the improvement of their health,a single old-age care service cannot meet the expectations of the elderly,this requires the combination of pension and medical care.In order to effectively solve the unbalanced supply and demand structure of the aged care service,the relevant government departments improve the efficiency of resource utilization,and coordinate the medical and pension resources,actively explored and promoted a new model of care for the elderly – the combination of medical care and health care.As the combination of medical care and maintenance is still in the exploratory stage,there have been a series of problems in the implementation process.The purpose of this paper is to find out the problems and put forward the corresponding development strategies through the investigation of the current situation of medical care and pension institutions.The research method of this paper:reads a large number of relevant literature on the combination of medical care and support,the status quo of the implementation of medical care and other aspects,to understand the current status of domestic and foreign medical care combined.Through questionnaires,we conducted an on-site investigation of the medical and nursing support pension institutions approved by the Qingdao Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau to learn about the basic conditions,human resources,resource allocation,and operations of the Qingdao medical and nursing care institutions.SWOT analysis was used to analyze the development of the medical institutions and pension institutions in Qingdao,and to understand in depth the internal and external advantages of the development of medical care and nursing care institutions and the various factors that hinder their development.By using the Dows matrix of SWOT model,from the aspects of strengthen the establishment of pension institutions themselves,accurate positioning,and reasonable transformation,and put forward corresponding development strategies.In addition,an interview with experts was conducted to interview the leaders of the QingdaoMunicipal Civil Affairs Bureau in charge of retirement work and the dean of the nursing home organization,and to address the causes of the problems encountered in the implementation of the medical care and support unit for the aged care organization and their solutions.The main research results of this paper:Through investigation,it was found that the main problems in the implementation of medical care and support in the care of the aged institutions are reflected in the following four aspects: 1.The number of old-age care institutions engaged in the practice of medical care and support is small,and the regional distribution is uneven;2.In the combination of medical care and pension institutions,the number of staff is small,the age is relatively large,the education is low,and the wages are low;3.The equipment and facilities in the medical and health care combined pension institutions are not well-equipped;4.The existing medical care combined with pension institutions does not have a high occupancy rate.The conclusions are as follows:This article combines the status quo of medical care and nursing care institutions,the problems in the implementation of the combination of medical care and support,factors that affect its development,and expert opinions,and proposes a strategy to promote the development of medical care and support for the elderly: to improve the development of medical care and pension institutions Policies and regulations to strengthen the management of pension service agencies;give play to the leading role of the government,encourage multiple entities to cooperate and promote the integration of medical care and support;strengthen the construction of old-age service teams and improve the level of old-age care services;optimize the type structure of old-age care institutions to meet the needs of diversified old-age care;Medical care combined with the internal functional settings of the care institution.Research meaning: This article through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of Qingdao medical institutions and pension institutions,and development strategy research,aims to improve the service level of the pension institutions,meet the needs of elderly care services,and provide a reliable reference for government departments to formulate relevant policies.
