Research On The Satisfaction Of Medical-nursing Combined Institutioanl Care Service

The demand for old age pension and health care services is growing rapidly, but such services are inadequate in our country. The construction of medical support mode has become a national strategy to deal with the aging of China. Among them, the integration of medical care and pension institutions is the main carrier of the integration of health care resources. In recent years, with the continuous advancement of national policy and the rapid development of medical institutions in various regions, the supply of pension services has been paid unprecedented attention. The essence and ultimate goal of the service for the aged care service is to provide efficient and high quality public service for the elderly. Based on the management concept of no measurement, no management, this paper studies and evaluates the supply of medical care combined with pension services, and establishes and evaluates the model of nursing care combined with pension service satisfaction. At the same time, combined with the summary of the interview content, this paper analyzes the current situation of the medical care in the construction of service supply satisfaction.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, the paper expounds the research background of the medical support mode, and proposes the significance.Analyzing the definition of related concepts puts forward the connotation of pension service. In the service supply platform and its nature, this paper constructs a theoretical framework for the supply of pension services. At the same time,this paper explores the related research methods and the paradigm of nursing care services, to provide reference for the nursing service satisfaction of nursing service. Taking advantage of the research findings of customer satisfaction, the paper puts forward the connotation of nursing service satisfaction, and explains the formation mechanism of nursing service satisfaction.Secondly, through to Fornell’sideology and technique, combined with medical support combined with characteristics of pension services itself, this thesis selects related variables and raise the supposition to the construction of medical support combined pension services satisfaction index model.Selecting the Harbin City 16 institutions of medical support combined pension as the research object.The field sampling survey collects data.Finally, with the help of the nursing service satisfaction model, this paper measures the level of satisfaction of the whole body and the 3 types of institutions. The results of the 3 types of nursing care and pension institutions have a large difference. Combined with the typical cases, this paper analyzes the current situation of medical support for pension institutions and puts forward the corresponding development suggestions.
