Comparative Analysis Of Fat Absorption Rate Of Breast Augmentation Mammaplasty By Fat Injection In Multiple Donor Regions

Background: The brest is a kind of exterior expression way of female oneself glamour,having very important effect to the beautiful posture.But as a result of the influence of elements of a few congenital or acquired,bringing about some female breast in small,prolapsed,abnormal,and even blemished conditions.These defects are not only harmful to women's physical health,but also bring psychological trauma to women.As the improvement of life quality,breast plastic surgery is finding favor with people increasingly.Breast plastic surgery includes skin flap transplantation,prosthesis implantation,soft tissue filling,etc.,among which autologous fat transplantation has been widely used in clinical due to its advantages such as wide source,convenient access,good biocompatibility and small trauma.In the acquisition of autologous fat,there are also a variety of donor sites.Theoretically,all tissues rich in fat granulosa cells can be used as donor sites.In clinical practice,a large number of comparative analyses have been conducted on fat granulosa cells obtained from different donor sites.Studies have found that the fat cells obtained from the inner and outer thighs,iliac waist and abdominal fat as donor regions are more active and have a higher survival rate.However,clinical trials have found that nearly half of the fat particles after transplantation can be dissolved and absorbed,and the mechanism of fat dissolution and absorption is still under exploration.Therefore,fat transplantation often requires filling more expected volume of fat to achieve satisfactory results.This puts forward new requirements for fat volume acquisition.The amount of fat obtained volume from a single donor site is limited,and sometimes it cannot meet the needs of fat transplantation such as fat injection augmentation mammaplasty.At this time,fat acquisition from multiple donor sites undoubtedly becomes the best choice.Objective: 1.To determine the optimal choice of multiple donor sites by comparing the breast augmentation effect and absorption rate of multiple donor sites(thigh + waist,thigh + abdomen,waist + abdomen)after fat transplantation.2.Analyze the relationship between fat absorption rate and postoperative time of augmentation mammaplasty by analyzing the change of fat absorption rate after fat transplantation,so as to provide the best time for patients who need to have fat injection for augmentation mammaplasty.Methods: thirty-nine patients(67 sides)who underwent autologous fat transplantation for augmentation mammaplasty from 2013 to 2018 were selected and divided into group A(leg + waist),group B(leg + abdomen)and group C(waist + abdomen).Breast volumes of the three groups were recorded preoperatively,immediately after surgery,one month after surgery,three months after surgery and six months after surgery,respectively.The fat absorption rate was calculated by comparing breast volume before and after breast surgery,and the follow-up time was half a year.The difference between each group was determined by statistical methods,and the comparison results of fat absorption rates in different donor regions were analyzed.At the same time,the best time of second augmentation mammaplasty was analyzed according to the changes of absorptivity in different time periods.Results: the patients with the use of more area for fat breast augmentation,which adopts the waist joint abdomen(abbreviation: lumbar abdomen)joint and leg abdomen(abbreviation: leg abdomen)is a marker for the absorption rate of no significant difference(p > 0.05),the leg joint(abbreviation: leg waist)for the waist area absorption rate is smaller than the other two for area(p < 0.05),and found that each group after 1 month fat absorption most rapidly,June 3-fat absorption ground to a halt.Conclusion: 1.The effect of breast augmentation with lumbar and leg as the donor area is better when multiple donor areas are selected.2.Fat absorption is the most rapid in one month after fat transplantation and tends to be stable three months later.If you want to do secondary fat filling,you can do it in this period.
