Research Methods: Over the past 3 years (from 2005 to 2008), we treated patients with a total of 33 cases on infection who accepted polyacrylamide hydrogel breast augmentation, they have been treated by these methods: 1,suction-therapy, 2,periareolar incision and scratch the membrane, 3,periareolar incision and remove the membrane, 4,axillary incision and operate by endoscopic, 5,areola double eccentric ring road to take out the injections and raise the drooped mammas, observe representation of the injected position, recorded the information of blooding volume, operation time, healing time, complications, postoperative satisfaction, and followed-up 3 months to 2 years, analysis the reasons of the complications and compare virtue and defect of these surgical methods.Results:1, We fing that the injection not only lies behind galactophore and also in clearance of muscle, galactophore,under skin tissue, ,axilla and superficial of abdomen.Those who had suction treatment history have large amount injection material residue, and the degree of local tissue disorder is more serious.Three types of surgical procedures can be more thoroughly to remove the polyacrylamide injection without serious complications ,and does not increase the organizational disorders. 30 cases of patients with symptoms were improved. lead and increase the.
