Curative Effect Analysis Of Liposuction Combined Botulinum Toxin Injection In Remodeling Mandibular Contour

Objective:To investigate the effect of liposuction combined with Microbotox on mandibular contour.Methods:This study was a prospective,randomized controlled trial.All selected patients were randomly divided into the experimental and the control group.The experimental group was given intradermal,microdroplet injection with BTA,and the control group was injected with 0.9% normal saline according to the same method after liposuction.Patients underwent standardized photographs before and after the treatment.We used Photoshop CS6 software to capture facial images and measure lower face lifting amplitude changes and Cerviomental Angle.The obtained data were used to quantitatively compare the effects of Microbotox after liposuction on the lower face with that of simple liposuction.Patients were evaluated according to the GAIS score.The surgeon and a third party assessed the improvement based on the Baker Scale.SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:A total of 30 subjects were included,including 15 subjects in the control group and 15 subjects in the experimental group.There was no significant difference in the baseline conditions between the two groups.Among the included patients,only one patient in the observation group had mouth deviation immediately after liposuction,and the symptoms gradually disappeared on the second day without special treatment.None of the subjects showed significant adverse effects after BTA injection.According to GAIS score,53.3% of the subjects in the control group believed that there was very great improvement,80% in the observation group believed that there was very great improvement.The results of Baker grading evaluation showed that the aging grade of the lower face and neck in the observation group was more significantly degraded.In the control group,the angle between the line from the intersection of the mandibular margin to the submental point and the horizontal line of the submental point was no significant difference.In the observation group,the two measurement points increased(4.28 ± 0.80)degree and(4.70± 2.28)degree,respectively(P<0.05).The CMA values of the control group and the observation group before treatment were(117.76 ± 4.67)degree and(118.63 ± 3.39)degree,respectively(P﹥0.05).There was no significant difference in the baseline conditions between the two groups.After treatment,it was reduced to(111.96 ±5.37)degree and(105.99 ±2.46)degree,respectively(P<0.05),indicating that both methods are effective for mandibular moulding,but the combined BTA injection had a better effect.Conclusion:Compared with traditional liposuction alone,liposuction combined with Microbotox has a better effect,which is a safe and effective treatment plan,improves the lower facial contour and has a better elevation effect;the degree of lower facial contour improvement can be assessed by quantitative measurement,providing an objective evaluation method;there is a relatively detailed description of the location of the injection point,which can be used as a clinical reference for clinicians.
