Study On The Model Of "Medical-nursing Combined" Old-age Service In Jinchang

with the speeding up of aging process in our country,pension service has become a major livelihood issue,which is concerned by whole society.With the decline of the physical function of the elderly,the number of elderly people with disabilities,semi-disabilities and chronic diseases is increasing year by year,Therefore,the demand for health care is becoming more and more intense.The Medical care and old-age care service model as the times require,and becomes an important means to deal with aging and a new economic growth point.Gansu Province is a typical one that becomes old before it can become rich.so the pension pressure is inscresing.Jinchang is an industrialized city with a relatively high level of urbanization in Gansu Province.The trend of population aging is obvious,the proportion of disabled elderly is increasing year by year,and the demand for medical services for the elderly is growing.In this case,Jinchang relys on its hospital,has taken the lead in establishing Pension Chang Rehabilitation Center and exploring the mode of medical-maintenance combined pension service.In this paper,the author mainly studies the model of “medical-nursing combined”old-age service in Jingchang.By means of questionnaires and interviews,we will known about the pension needs of the elderly in Jinchang and the current situation of the pension service industry in Jinchang.It is found that Jinchang's old-age care model model of “medical-nursing combined” is restricted by insufficient economic development,backward traditional pension concepts and imperfect policies and regulations.Thus,there are some problems such as high prices,lack of professionals and high participation of social capital.By comparing the successfull experiences of developed countries and other cities,such as the United States,Japan,Germany,Qingdao,Beijing and Shanghai,this paper analyses the experience that Jinchang can learn from.By combining the demand level theory and welfare pluralism theory,the author puts forward two general ideas of developing the old-age service model of “medical-nursing combined” inJingchang: Increasing the subject of supply and improving the quality of service.We can do this by the following ways: innovating government support policies,improving supervision and management mechanism,encouraging the active participation of social forces,encouraging the combination of medical care with other old-age models.Strengthening the training of talents and guiding the change of the old-age concept can provide a better environment for the development can provide the guarantee of talents and environment for the development of the the old-age service model of“medical-nursing combined” in Jingchang,make the Jinchang's old-age service model of “medical-nursing combined” more mature and perfect.
