Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical pathological features of lung cancer in young women and elderly women.Method: 65 young women and 139 elderly women with lung cancer were enr olled in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from September 2015 to September 2018,Retrospective analysis of the age, ethnicity, family history,pa thological type, initial symptoms,EGFR mutation, treatment status(surgical tre atment,non-surgical treatment),metastasis,ECOG score, overall survival(OS),Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS19.0,the data rate or composition ratio was counted, and the univariate analysis rate was compared by ?2 test or Fisher exact probability test.Log-rank test was used to analyze the prognostic univariate analysis,COX regression.A multivariate analysis was performed with a test level of ? = 0.05.Results: 1.The age distribution of lung cancer in young women: 19~45 years old, median age: 39±6.96 years old;age distribution of lung cancer in elderly women: 60~84 years old, median age: 68.5±6.36 years old.2.Young women with lung cancer had a family history of 18 patients(27.69%),and 139 elderly women had a family history of 12 patients(8.63%).The difference was statistically significant(?2=12.826,P=0.001);The proportion of patients treated with surgery in the female lung cancer group was greater than that in the older women with lung cancer. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(?2=16.745,P=0.017).3.There was no significant difference in ethnic distribution, pathological type, first symptom, clinical stage,EGFR mutation, metastasis and overall survival between young women and elderly women with lung cancer.4.single factor analysis results: in the young women lung cancer group:family history, treatment, metastasis,ECOG score has an impact on survival;in the elderly women lung cancer group:TNM staging, treatment, metastasis,ECOG score for survival influential.Multivariate analysis showed that: in young women with lung cancer: family history, surgical treatment,ECOG score is an independent factor affecting prognosis;elderly women with lung cancer: metastasis,ECOG score is an independent factor affecting prognosis. Conclusion: 1.The number of elderly women is more than that of young women. The age of onset of elderly women is most common in 60-70 years old.The age of onset of young women is 40-45 years old.2.Young women with lung cancer have a stronger correlation with their family history. The dependence of surgical treatment is better.Young and elderly women with lung cancer in ethnic, pathological type, first symptom, clinical stage,EGFR mutation,The clinical features such as metastasis and ECOG score were similar, there was no difference.3.family history, surgical treatment,ECOG score is an independent factor affecting the prognosis of young women;metastasis,ECOG score is an independent factor affecting the prognosis of elderly women.
