| Objective:Some Han female youth's eye-eyebrow shape was observed,measured and counted,and they were graded by professional plastic surgeons after subjective grading.To compare the aesthetic differences between the eye-eyebrow shapes that are considered attractive and the eye-eyebrow shapes that are not attractive,and to explore their regularity,to provide a certain theoretical basis and guidance for the design of eyelid plastic surgery.Research objects and methods:225 Han female youth aged 19 to 24 who met certain standards were selected as the subjects of the study.The positive photos were taken according to the requirements,and the incidence and type of double-fold eyelid,the incidence and type of epicanthus,and the inclination of palpebral fissure were observed and counted.According to six professional plastic surgeons who subjectively rated the eye-brow photographs of the subjects in the study,the women with attractive eye-eyebrow shapes(set to high groups)and those with unattractive eye-eyebrow shapes(set to low groups)were selected based on the results of the scores.Compared the morphological characteristics of the two groups,Adobe Photoshop CS 6.0 software was used to measure the above two groups of photos,and 13 proportional relations and 2 angle indexes of the eye-eyebrow were calculated,and the differences between the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed,and the regularity was discussed and summarized.The resulting data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results:Among the 225 Han female youth,the incidence of bilateral double-fold eyelid was 74.67%,the incidence of bilateral single eyelid was 23.11%,and the incidence of one side double-fold eyelid and one side foldless eyelid was 2.22%.Among double eyelid person,the fan type accounts for 69.64%,the parallel type accounts for 25.00%,and the new moon type accounts for 5.36%.The incidence of epicanthus is 88.89%,no epicanthus is 11.11%,mild epicanthus is 32%,moderate epicanthus is 48%,and severe epicanthus is 8.89%.The incidence of palpebral fissure was 20.44%of the low inside-high outside type,77.78%of the horizontal type,and 1.78%of the high inside-low outside type.The high group selected by six professional plastic surgeons was 30 cases,and the low group was 58 cases,of which the incidence of double eyelid in the high group(100%)was higher than that in the low group(34.48%),while the incidence of epicanthus(60%)was lower than the low group(94.83%).In the comparison of the relationship between the proportion of eye-eyebrow in the high group and the low group,there are a total of 7 proportions with statistical differences:the ratio of palpebral height to the horizontal width of the palpebral fissure(0.4112±0.0061),the ratio of the horizontal width of the palpebral fissure to the interval of the inner canthus(0.7399±0.0103),the ratio of the height of the eyelid to the distance between eyebrow and eyelid(1.0651±0.0291),the ratio of the height of the double eyelid to the distance between eyebrow and eyelid(0.2225±0.0109),the ratio of the height of the double eyelid to the height of the palpebral fissure(0.2207±0.0136),and the ratio of the horizontal width of the palpebral fissure to the width of the face(0.1847±0.0014)in high group were all greater than that in the low group,and the ratio of inner canthus distance to the horizontal width of facial palpebral fissure(1.0714±0.0314)was less than the low group.In the contrast of angles,the eyebrow tilt of the high group(15.92 ± 0.57°)is greater than the low group.In the eye eyebrow ratio relationship,the ratio of horizontal width to width of eyebrow and the ratio of width of lateral canthus to the width of the face in high group all conform to the golden section ratio,and the relationship between the height of the eyelid fissure and the distance between the eyelid and eyebrow,the distance between the canthus and the horizontal width of the palpebral fissure is proportional to each other.Conclusion:1.The incidence of double eyelid in the young women of the Han nationality was higher than that of the single eyelid,and the open fan type in the double eyelid type accounted for the majority;the incidence of the inner canthus is high,most of them were medium and mild inner canthus,and the leaning inclination of the eyelid was most common in the inner low outer height type.2.The attractive eye-eyebrow morphology of young Han women has the following characteristics:there is a double eyelid fold,no serious epicanthus,eyebrows are raised,the eyebrow body is tilted at a large angle,the width and height of the eyelid is large,the corneal exposure rate is high,and the distance between the eyebrows and the upper eyelid edge is short.The fold of double eyelid is obvious and full of three-dimensional feeling.There is a integer ratio relationship and a golden section in the proportion of eye-eyebrow.3.The average percentage data of higher groups obtained in this study have certain guiding significance for the design of eyelid plastic surgery. |
