Needle Warming Moxibustion Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Treatment Clinical Observation Of Acute Ankle Sprain

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of needle warming moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on acute ankle sprain.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2018,60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of acute ankle sprain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Before treatment,the POLICE principle(protection,optimal loading,ice,compression,elevation)was adopted in both groups within 48 hours.The patients were treated with protection,proper weight-bearing,ice compress,pressure bandage and elevation of affected limbs.48 hours later,they were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine.First,the treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,and then treated with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine after a period of rest.The control group was treated with IF physiotherapy.The two groups were treated once a day,five times as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment,two days of rest between courses.The differences of visual analogue score(VAS),Ankle symptoms index(ASI)and symptom score before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.The indexes were observed comprehensively.Then the results of the study were analyzed and discussed by statistics.Finally,the conclusion was drawn.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease and other general data between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of clinical observation indicators: There was no significant difference in VAS score,ASI score and symptom score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference in VAS score after treatment(P< 0.05).There was significant difference in ASI score after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of symptoms after treatment(P<0.05).The VAS scores of treatment group and control group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the ASI scores after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of symptoms after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).3.Comparison of curative effect: the total effective rate of treatment group was 100%,the cure rate was 16.67%,the marked effective rate was 30%,the effective rate was 53.33%,and the ineffective rate was 0%.The total effective rate of control group was 90%,the cure rate was 3.33%,the marked effective rate was 6.67%,the effective rate was 80%,and the ineffective rate was 10%.Compared with the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:This study shows that warm needling combined with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine has a better clinical effect on the symptoms of acute ankle sprain.It can significantly improve pain and improve many symptoms at the same time.It has a fairly good clinical effect on the relief of pain,tenderness,ecchymosis,swelling,dysfunction and other symptoms.There is no adverse reaction,and it has a high clinical application and has clinical reference value.
