Clinical Observation Of Wrist-ankle Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation In The Treatment Of Acute Periarthritis Of Shoulder

ObjectiveBy observing and comparing the clinical efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and oral loxprofen sodium in the treatment of acute periarthritis shoulder,to discusse the effectiveness of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.MethodsA total of 60 patients with acute periarthritis shoulder who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation)and the control group(oral loxoprofen sodium tablets),30 patients in each group.In the treatment group,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation was performed once a day for 30 minutes,followed by wrist-ankle acupuncture.According to the pain area,the wrist-ankle needle selected the upper 3,4,5 and 6 of the affected side,respectively.The acupuncture was kept for 24 hours,once every other day.The control group received oral loxprofen sodium tablets,60 mg each time,3 times a day.Both groups underwent functional exercise under the guidance of professional doctors once a day,the above treatment was carried out for a total of 7 days.After the above treatment of local symptoms of shoulder joint and serum IL-6 and PGE2 levels in the two groups were observed and recorded 1 day before and 1 day after treatment.Collect and sort out data,use SPSS21.0 software to analyze statistical data.Results1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in VAS scores,CMS scores,the degree of local shoulder symptoms and the level of serum IL-6,PGE2 before treatment(P>0.05).2.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS): after treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Constant-Murley shoulder function score scale(CMS): after treatment,the pain value,ADL and ROM scores in CMS score items of the two groups were all higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Degree score of local symptoms of shoulder joint: after treatment,the local symptoms of shoulder joint in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,including joint pain,joint fear of cold,joint heaviness,dysfunction and total score,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups in the aspect of joint cold fear(P<0.01).5.Serum IL-6 content:after treatment,the serum IL-6 content of the two groups was lower than that before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).6.Serum PGE2 content: after treatment,the serum PGE2 content in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum PGE2 level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).7.Results of clinical efficacy evaluation: after treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was up to 89.66%,while that of the control group was up to 78.57%.The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and oral losuprofen sodium tablets can improve the acute scapulohumeral periarthritis.The clinical effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is better than that of oral losuprofen sodium tablets.2.Wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine is superior to oral roxoprofen sodium tablets in improving pain,daily activity,shoulder joint motion and local symptoms of shoulder joint,and in reducing serum IL-6,The content of PGE2 was also better than that of oral losuprofen sodium tablets.
