| Objective:By Jane bonesetting skill with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy and pure Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of old ankle sprain are comparative study,comprehensive comparison of Jane bonesetting skill with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment and pure Chinese medicine fumigation treatment the curative effect of the difference between old ankle sprain,from curative effect,muiti-angle,much link to evaluate the effect of Jane bonesetting skill with herbal fumigation medicine.Through the study of clinical practice,summed up,the research technique treatment mechanism,estabish a specification of Jane bonesetting skill treatment of old ankle sprain are diagnosis and treatment,make Jane bonesetting skill operation process for the treatment of old ankle sprain.In order to provide reference basis for clinical treatment.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,using SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis system of 60 cases from hangzhou Jane hospital outpatient service in patients with old ankle sprain(channels alongwith type) are randomly divided into 2 groups,each group 30cases.Among them with Chinese medicine treatment group use technique of Jane fumigation treatment,the control group only with Chinese medicine fumigation treatment, the control group:herbal fumigation medicine treatment formula is derived from experience in teaching materials on Chinese medicine& experience part"limbs damage the party".Steam use XZQ-?Chinese medicine fumigation device, fumigation time for 20 minutes,once a day.7 times for a period of treatment, treatment of two period of treatment.Treatment group of 30 patients using the same limb injury party after Chinese medicine fumigation washing,use technique of Jane treatment again.Once a day,IS minutes every time,every 7 days for a period of treatments total of two courses of treatment.The pain VAS scores before and after treatment and Kofoed joint function score and according to the "standard of disease diagnosis curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine "to evaluate the curative effect.statistical and analysis,to make a diagnosis and treatment for the treatment of Jane technique standard operating procedure for the treatment of old ankle sprain.Results:(1)The overall effect:the treatment group,30 cases,13 cases were cured,16cases were markediy effective,1 case had no effect.Control group of 30 cases,5 cases were cured,20 cases were markediy effective,5 cases had no effect.By chi-square test,the differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).On the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.(2)VAS:Local tenderness score comparison before and after treatment,the two groups before treatment in the two groups of local tenderness points P>0.05,no statisically significant difference,comparable. Local tenderness score in treatment group and ontrol group before and after treatment,compared to a week after treatment began to back all P values<0.05,with statistical significance.See from the reduction in pain a week after the treatment,the treatment group was better than that in control group.(3)Symptom score:The treatment of the two groups before symptom score P>0.05, no statisically significant difference, comparable.The treatment group compared with the control group scores,compared to a week after treatment began to back all P values<0.05,with statistical significancedifference.See the symptom is reduced from a week after the treatment,the treatment group was better than that in control group.(4)Pain,functional activity Points:In the two groups before treatment inpatients with pain and functional activity integral comparison P?0.05,no statistical significancedifference,comparable.The treatment group compared with the control group pain points,pain score comparison between the two group a week after treatment (P?0.05) no statistically significant difference.Two weeks and three months after follow-up of comparative difference between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05), treatment group and control group no obvious difference in the treatment of pain score improved after one week, Two weeks and three months after treatment the treatment group pain score improved better than the control group. Treatment compared with the integration of the activities and functions with the control,a week after the start back all P values<0.05,with statistical significancedifference. Visible from a week treatment group after treatment function improved activity is superior to the control group.Conclusion:This study with Chinese medicine treatment group use technique of Jane smoked medicine treatment of chronic ankle sprain,control group simply use herbal fumigation medicine treatment of chronic ankle sprain.The subjects on the signs and symptoms improved after treatment are relatively obvious,two kinds of treatment for chronic ankle sprains are all have remarkable curative effect.The pain in treatment group,the improvement of function and activity is better than the control group;On the joint function in treatment group was better than the control group.And on the overall effect treament group significantly better than the control group.VisibleJane bonesetting skill with herbal fumigation medicine compared with pure herbal fumigation medicine treatment of chronic ankle sprains are more advantages in the improvement curative effect,for the overall efficacy of patients with chronic ankle sprains are much better,is worthy of popularization and application. |
