| Objective: To observe clinical curative effect of "Huoxue casual application external elastic bandage" 0n acute ankle sprain while compared with on Huoxue zhitong Ointment;Methods: 67 cases of closed acuteⅠ,ⅡAnkle sprain patients were randomly divided into two groups,thetreated with Huoxue casual application external elastic bandage and Huoxue zhitong Ointment, Pain, tenderness, swell, function active were investigated after 10 days, 30 cases of Group T and 30 cases of Group C were received a follow-up statistic.Results:The treatment and control groups before and after the treatment symptoms, signs and overall efficacy are significant differences (P <0. 01), the total effect of the two groups there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), Group T have better effect in dispersing swell and relieving pain.Conclusions:Comparing with Huoxue zhitong Ointment, Huoxue casual application external elastic bandage has good effect on treat-ment of actute ankle sprain. |
