Objective:By observing the clinical effect of warming-needle moxibustion on Ankle Dysfunction after stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type, this paper explores the effectiveness of warming-needle moxibustion on Ankle Dysfunction after stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods:The 60 subjects of this clinical observation were all from ******.All patients with Ankle Dysfunction after stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were selected strictly according to the criteria of diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion.According to the order of admission, the subjects were divided into ordinary acupuncture group(control group)and warming-needle moxibustion group(treatment group)with 30 cases each.Acupoints in the control group were Yanglingquan,Fenglong,Xuanzhong,Jiexi and Qiu Ruins, while warm acupuncture was added in the treatment group on the basis of the treatment in the control group. Both groups of patients were given clinical nursing and basic clinical treatment of stroke(control of blood pressure, control of blood glucose, control of blood lipids, nutritional nerve, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and other symptomatic treatment). And both groups of patients received routine clinical rehabilitation training treatment. Two groups of patients were treated once a day for six consecutive days as a course of treatment, one day off after the end of a course of treatment before receiving the next course of treatment,a total of four courses of treatment. The curative effect of warming-needle moxibustion on Ankle Dysfunction after stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type was observed by comparing the differences of simplified Fugl-Meyer(FMA)lower limb function score,Tinetti gait analysis scale,Burg balance scale,Holden walking ability scale,Brunnstorm lower limb staging scale and modified Barthel(MBI)index between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:1.Comparison of baseline data of two groups of patients: there was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease and type of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison between the two groups before treatment: there were no significant differences in the Simplified Fugl-Meyer(FMA)Lower Limb Function Score,Tinetti Gait Analysis Scale,Burg Balance Scale,Holden Walking Ability Scale,Brunnstorm Lower Limb Staging Scale and Modified Barthel(MBI)Index Scale between the two groups(P > 0.05),which were comparable.3.Comparison within the group before and after treatment: Fugl-Meyer(FMA)lower limb function score,Tinetti gait analysis scale,Burg balance scale,Holden walking ability scale,Brunnstorm lower limb staging scale, modified Barthel(MBI)of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparisons between groups after treatment: Simplified Fugl-Meyer(FMA)lower limb function score,Tinetti gait analysis scale,Burg balance scale,Holden walking ability scale,Brunnstorm lower limb staging scale, modified Barthel(MBI)index of the treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both warming-needle moxibustion and conventional acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of Ankle Dysfunction after stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.2.The clinical effect of warming-needle moxibustion on Ankle Dysfunction after stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type is better than that of conventional acupuncture treatment.
