As a special place to provide health care services to the public,hospitals are closely related to people's daily lives.With the rising of people's demand for medical services,hospital staffs are facing higher requirements.In order to implement the National Health Commission to implement the quality care service demonstration project to improve the satisfaction of nursing services,nurses need to continuously improve the service capacity.However,nursing is a high-intensity and high-load working conditions which is different from other professionals.When they providing care for patients,they need to manage and regulate their own emotional performance in order to meet the needs of patients,over time,the nurses have to pay the mood gradually increased,if the nurses themselves do not have a good regulatory mechanism or hospital managers ignore Intervention on this issue,it is likely to cause nurses physically and mentally exhausted,psychological pressure continues to increase and even emotional exhaustion.In this study,we do N hospital as an example,described the N hospital background and the basic situation of nursing teams.According to the hospital statistics,we analysis the N hospital nurses characteristics,turnover rate and job satisfaction.Secondly,we questionnaire clinical nurses emotional exhaustion for a more in-depth understanding,and then analysis of N hospital nurses emotional exhaustion factors.Through data analysis,we found that N hospital nurses emotional exhaustion at a moderate level.And the organization atmosphere,leadership care,time management tendencies have a significant relationship with different age,department,preparation,working years,education,marital status,fertility two,part-time and so on.Finally,according to the status quo and influencing factors of N hospital nurses' emotional exhaustion,this paper puts forward the effective prevention and improvement of nurses' emotional exhaustion by improving the atmosphere of hospital organization,properly handling negative emotional events,strengthening leadership care and improving nurses' time management ability.It is expected that this paper will provide the basis for hospital managers 'decision-making,and provide reference for improving nurses' physical and mental health,reducing the impact of emotional exhaustion on nurses and improvingtheir working efficiency.
