Objective:To study the negative emotional state caused by the impact of nurse factors for the implementation of intervention measures to protect the health of operating room nurses to provide a scientific basis and a useful reference.Methods: A random sampling method to choose the certain 3A hospital of medical nurses and operating room nurses, a total of 115. Survey methods used by nurses to fill out the questionnaire in general, nurses job stress scale and the emotional state scale (Profile of Mood States, POMS).The information obtained using Excel2003 software to establish a database software with SPSS13.0 general description, job stress evaluation in order to nurse emotional state score as the dependent variable in order to nurse job stress scale scores of the five dimensions, age, length of service , operating room time, education level, marital status, children, service learning, job title, working hours per week, day and night shifts to participate in the operation frequency of the number of independent variables for multiple linear regression analysis (entry criteria for theα= 0.05, remove the standardα= 0.10). To understand and master the operating room nurses and medical nurses sources of stress and emotional state of the status quo, research and analysis on the emotional state of the hospital nurse factors.Results:The 3A hospital of the medical nurses and operating room nurses are there to medium pressure; operating room nurses and nurses in the nursing profession and medical work, workload and time allocation score was no significant difference (P> 0.05); in the work environment and resources, patient care and management and interpersonal scores are significantly different (P <0.05); medical nurses and operating room nurses working pressure mainly come from the workload and time allocation and nursing and work issues; operating room nurses and medical nurses emotional state was no significant difference in scores, but higher than the normal population; the main factors affecting emotional state of medical nurses are the management and interpersonal problems, workload, and the frequency of night shift marital status; the main factors affect the operating room nurses are the emotional state of patient care issues, service learning, age and length of service. Conclusion: The operating room nurses and medical nurses was no significant difference in emotional state, but worse than those of normal people, especially melancholy- depression, perplexity - confusion and fatigue - inertia mood was significantly higher than the normal population. Providing negative emotions are related with interpersonal relationships,management, workload, patient care issues, the frequency of night shift, marital status, service learning, age and length of service.
