Objective: To understand the basic conditions of occupational quality of life and burnout of nurses in a stomatological hospital in Shenyang,and to conduct research on the correlation between their causality and internal relationship,which can provide a scientific reference for nursing managers to improve their management Level.Objects and Methods: The research object was a nursing worker of a dental special hospital in Shenyang City.240 samples were collected by cluster sampling.A total of 227 valid questionnaires were collected through screening statistics.The effective rate of recovery was 94.58%.The general characteristics of demographics,occupational quality of life,and burnout of nurses in the dental specialist hospital were investigated as questionnaires.After the results of the study,the occupational quality of life and burnout of nurses in dental specialist hospitals were investigated.Its influencing factors are studied and analyzed.Results:1.The occupational quality of life of nurses in stomatology hospital was 129(21),and the score of burnout was 22(27).2.Univariate analysis,different ages,different views on income,different occupational quality of life scores of nurses with different views on nursing work were statistically significant(P<0.05),younger,satisfied with current income and liked for nursing work.The quality of professional life of nurses is higher.3.Multi-factor analysis shows that the first degree,the presence or absence of night shift,the perception of income,the perception of nursing work,the degree of adverse work reaction and the reduction of personal accomplishment are the six main factors affecting the quality of life of nurses(P<0.05).4.There was a negative correlation between occupational burnout and occupational quality of life(P<0.01),that is,the more serious the burnout,the lower the occupational quality of life;the dimensions of burnout were negatively correlated with the dimensions of occupational quality of life(P<0.01).The lower the scores of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and low achievement,the higher the quality of professional life.Conclusions: 1.The WRQOL-2 scale and MBI scale used in this study have a good effect on measuring the occupational quality of life and occupational burnout of nurses in stomatological hospitals.2.According to the survey data,the occupational quality of life of nurses in stomatology hospitals is generally biased.The main influencing factors are first degree,night shift,perception of income,perception of nursing work,degree of adverse work reaction and personal achievement.The sense is reduced.The occupational burnout of nurses in stomatology hospitals is better.The relevant administrative departments of the dental specialist hospitals can perform job placement according to the age structure,and take targeted measures to enhance the nurses' views on income and their views on nursing work.3.The burnout scale can reflect the job burnout of nurses in dental special hospitals.Combining it with the quality of life and quality of life,we can find that the degree of burnout of nurses in dental special hospitals affects the quality of life and reduces the burnout of nurses.It is an effective way to improve the quality of life of nurses.
