Outcome And Correlation Analysis Of Medical Abortion In Early Pregnancy

Objective: By analyzing the data of outpatient medical abortion,the relationship between different factors(age,ethnicity,gestational sac diameter,uterine location,maternal parity,presence or absence of cesarean section,menstrual period,etc.)and drug abortion outcomes was investigated to evaluate the safety and effectiveness provide a clinical basis for the safe and effective use of medical abortion.Methods: A total of 600 cases of women with medical abortion and pregnancy termination were selected from the outpatient department of gynaecology of the affiliated hospital of Qinghai university from January 2017 to November 2018,Acquisition research object of basic clinical data(age,maternal time,uterine position,menopause time,and the size of the embryo sac,the presence of caesarean,presence of chronic inflammatory disease of department of gynaecology),grouped according to different factors,respectively,oral mifepristone(Zhejiang Xianju Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,25 mg,batch number: H10950347)approved by the compatibility of misoprostol(Zhejiang Xianju Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,the specification 0.2 mg,batch number: H20084598)approved by the two drugs.According to different factors,the outcome of medical abortion was recorded and statistically analyzed.Results: Pregnancy was terminated in 600 pregnant women with mifepristone and misoprostol.Among them,543 cases were completely aborted,accounting for 90.50%,and 57 cases were incomplete abortion and failure,accounting for 9.50%.There were statistically significant differences between groups of different ages,pregnancy sac diameter,number of pregnancies,history of cesarean section,number of days of menopause,and uterine location(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ethnic,menstrual,and chronic gynecological inflammatory diseases and drug flow outcomes(P>0.05).After Logistic regression,the duration of menopause was more than 49d(OR=7.158,95%CI was 1.196-42.844),and the diameter of pregnancy sac was 10-20mm(OR= 0.963,95%CI was 0.236-3.919).Conclusion:Drug abortion to terminate early pregnancy,abortion success rate of 90.50%.The outcome of drug abortion was related to age,pregnancy sac diameter,number of previous pregnancies,cesarean section,location of uterus and number of days of menopause.Age < 35 years old group,pregnancy sac diameter of 10-20 mm group,previous pregnancy times for a single group,no history of cesarean section group,uterine anterior/middle group,abortion success rate is high,drug abortion outcome is good.
