The Analysis Of The Clinical Effect Of Progynova Combined With Mifepristone And Misoprostol In The Treatment Of Missed Abortion

Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of progynova combined with misoprostol and mifepristone in the treatment of missed abortion.Methods: grouping the 147 cases of missed abortion patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,73 patients in the observation group,74 cases of the control group.The observation group using mifepristone combined with progynova and misoprostol use,continuous use,the control group was treated with mifepristone and misoprostol combined with continuous use.5 days later,the patients were returned to the hospital to carry out B ultrasound examination.Comparison of two proups of patients with complete abortion rate,uterine curettage rate.Results: compared with the control group,the embryo sac discharge time of the two groups was statistically compared.The results showed that P<0.05 showed that the embryo sac discharge time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.After the embryo sac discharge in patients with vaginal bleeding were compared,and the rank sum test for two groups of data,test results show that the amount of bleeding in two groups had significant differences,indicating that the amount of bleeding in the observation group were significantly better than the control group.The small standard results we can see that the complete abortion rate in observation group was 75.34%,the control group complete abortion rate was only 54.05%,and rank sum test data of two groups,the results showed that P=0.019,two groups of data with statistical difference,the effect of the observation group were significantly better than the control group.After treatment,the observation group curettage rate was 20.55%,while the control group was about 32.43%,indicating that the observation group was lower than the control group,the observation group was better.Two groups of patients were liver and kidney function in routine test before and after treatment,test results showed that there was no abnormalchange of liver and kidney function before and after treatment,two groups of treatment indicated that the safety of the good.Conclusion: treatment with progynova combined with mifepristone and misoprostol on missed abortion is better than that of mifepristone combined with misoprostol alone,effectively reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,the maximum extent to alleviate the suffering of patients,and is safe and effective,suitable for large area application in clinic.
