Clinical Effect Of Baoshen Oral Liquid On Chronic Nephritis With Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome And Its Effect On Serum LN And COl-?

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Baoshen Oral Liquid on chronic glomerulonephritis with Qi-yin Deficiency Syndromeand its effect on serum LN?COl-?,to explore the advantage of treating chronic glomerulonephritis with Baoshen Oral Liquid.Methods: 62 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis with Qi-yin Deficiency Syndromewere divided into control group and treatment group by simple random method.The control group was treated with western medicine,the treatment group was treated with Baoshen Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group,the treatment period was 2 months.To observe the changes of 24-hour urinary protein quantitation,renal function(Scr,Bun),serum LN?COl-?,and TCM syndrome differentiation of patients before and after treatment.Results:(1)The serum LN?COl-?level in 62 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis with Qi-yin Deficiency Syndromebefore treatment was significantly higher than that in healthy control group(P < 0.01).(2)Compared with the group itself before and after treatment,the quantitative level of urinary protein in the control group and the treatment group were decreased significantly(P < 0.01),and compared the two groups after treatment,the decrease rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).(3)Compared with the group itself before and after treatment,the level of serum LN?COl-?in control group and treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01).And compared the two groups after treatment,the decrease of serum LN?COl-?in treatment group was better than that in control group.(4)Correlation analysis showed that serum LN?COl-?was positively correlated with 24 h urinary protein before treatment(P > 0.01).(5)After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P > 0.01).Compared the two groups after treatment,the decrease of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(6)The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the control group and the treatment group was 56.7% and 83.3% respectively(P < 0.05).(7)The total effective rate of total clinical efficacy in control group and the treatment group were 60% and 86.6%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the total clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)Baoshen Oral Liquid combined with western medicine treatment can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of chronic nephritis with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.(2)Both groups can reduce the level of serum LN?COl-?,the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(3)Baoshen Oral Liquid combined with western medicine has an advantage in reducing the patient's 24-hour urinary protein quantification and better than thewestern medicine.(4)There was a positive correlation between serum LN?COl-and 24 hour urine protein.
