Clinical Observation Of Yishen Qingzhuo Oral Liquid In Treating Chronic Kidney Disease Patients With Stage 3?4 Of Syndrome Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency And Effect On Urinary NGAL

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Qingzhuo Oral Liquid on patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)3,4 of syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency,and the effect on urinary NGAL,to further verify the clinical effect of Yishen Qingzhuo Oral Liquid,and to explore the relationship between urinary NGAL and CKD.Methods:A total of 70 patients with chronic kidney disease were enrolled in the Department of Nephrology,Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the Department of Nephrology,General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region,from January 2016 to January 2017.According to the computer random number table,divided into the treatment group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases).In addition,20 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy control group.The control group was treated with modern medical conventional therapy.The treatment group was treated with Yishen Qingzhuo oral liquid(10ml,tid)on the basis of modern medical conventional therapy.The observation period was 3 months.The changes of urinary NGAL,serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)and the clinical symptoms of TCM were compared before and after treatment.eGFR is estimated using the CKD-EPI formula.Results:?Before treatment,urinary NGAL level in the treatment group and the control group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group(P = 0.000,P value was small after the statistical calculation,the same below),urinary NGAL level in the chronic kidney disease was significantly higher;?After 3-month-treatment,the levels of urinary NGAL in the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),however,comparing the treatment group and the control group,the level of urinary NGAL have no difference(P>0.05),the efficacy of the control group and the treatment group in reducing urinary NGAL levels were similar;?After 3-month-treatment,both of two groups of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were decreased and eGFR were increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);?Both groups can effectively alleviate the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,but the treatment group was better than the control group;dizziness(P<0.01).headache(P<0.01)?dry mouth and throat(P<0.01)?soreness of the waist and kness(P<0.01)?dysphoria with feverish sensation in chest(P<0.05).Conclusion:? Compared with the healthy group,the level of NGAL in the control group and the treatment group were higher than those in the healthy group;Suggesting that urinary NGAL levels were increased in patients with chronic kidney disease,and urine NGAL levels were associated with chronic kidney disease;?The treatment group can significantly improve the CKD syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency patients with clinical symptoms,the effect is better than the control group;?The treatment group can reduce the level of urinary NAGL in patients with CKD,the effect is similar to the control group;?The treatment group can significantly reduce the serum BUN,Scr levels and improve the level of eGFR in patients with CKD,the effect is better than the control group;suggesting that Yishen Qingzhuo oral liquid can effectively improve the level of renal function,improve eGFR,delay the progress of chronic kidney disease,thereby further improving clinical efficacy.
