Purpose:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic Glomerulonephritis(CGN)by using the observatio n kit before and after the treatment of CGN with Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome treated with Nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with losartan potassium tablets.Method:A total of 60 patients who had been diagnosed as CGN and with qi and Yin deficiency syndrome in TCM syndrome type in the Department of Nephrology of our hospital from October 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The basic information of all patients was recorded.Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each. The treatment group was treated with nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with losartan potassium tablets, and the control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets. The duration of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks. The 24-hour urinary protein quantification, serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),urinary red blood cell changes, and the change of TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment and after the end of treatment.Blood routine, blood glucose, and blood lipids were observed.,liver function,ECG changes, and analysis of safety.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of all data.Results:1.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 70%,respectively.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment, the 24-hour urinary protein quantification in both groups decreased to varying degrees, and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05) compared with that before treatment.Between the two groups, the reduction degree in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);urine red blood cells in both groups were reduced, compared with the group, the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);both groups had no significant changes in SCr,BUN after treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The TCM symptom scores of both groups decreased after treatment, there was a statistically significant d ifference between before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).The degree of reduction in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment period between the two groups of patients. The blood, urine routine, electrocardiogram, liver function, and renal function did not show any abnormalities before and after the experiment. The safety was good.Conclusion:1.The efficacy of nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with Losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with Qi and yin deficiency is significant, the total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group, there is statistical significance(P <0.05).2.The combination of nephritis rehabilitation tablets and losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis Qi and Yin deficiency in the improvement of clinical symptoms and comprehensive efficacy, was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.There were no significant changes in SCr and BUN before and after treatment in the two groups, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and it indicated that both groups had stable SCr and BUN effects.4.No significant adverse reactions were found throughout the study.
