| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of desensitization mixture in the treatment of chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and wind dryness,to provide evidence-based evidence for its clinical application,and to study its correlation with serum total IgE in patients with chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and wind dryness.MethodsIIn this study,90 patients with chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and wind dryness who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups.Treatment group(1):oral desensitization mixture combined with ebastin tablets;Treatment group(2):pure oral desensitization mixture treatment;Control group: ebasteine tablets were taken orally only.Treatment duration was 4 weeks.The changes in the total score of urticaria symptoms before treatment,at week 2,at week 4,and at week 2 after drug withdrawal were compared,and the changes in the efficacy,adverse reactions,recurrence after drug withdrawal at week 2,and serum total IgE level before and after treatment were observed.Results1.Comparison of total score of urticaria symptomsCompared with patients in the three groups in the second week of treatment,the fourth week of treatment and the second week after drug withdrawal,the treatment group(1)showed the most significant decrease(P<0.05),and the symptom control effect was better.There was no significant difference between treatment group(2)and control group.With the prolongation of the treatment process,the symptoms of the patients in the three groups were all improved,and there was an interaction between the groups and the treatment time.The therapeutic effect was different at different treatment time in the same group.The results showed that the three groups of treatment for improving the symptoms of patients,all have curative effect,of which the treatment group(1)improved the symptoms of patients better than the treatment group(2),the control group.2.Comparison of serum total IgE levelThe serum total IgE level was detected in 90 patients with chronic urticaria of blood deficiency and wind dryness before treatment,and the detection values were recorded.Patients with positive serum total IgE test(normal serum total IgE value: More than 16 years old: 0~100 IU/ml;Higher than normal is marked as positive)were tested after 4 weeks of treatment,and the differences in serum total IgE level and positive rate between these groups before and after treatment were compared.Total serum IgE of 61 patients in the three groups was higher than normal.The treatment group(1):17 cases,total serum IgE: 260.52±163.43(IU/ml).The reatment group(2):23 cases,total serum IgE: 232.57±144.96(IU/ml).Control group: 21 cases,total serum IgE: 217.90±153.43(IU/ml).The serum total IgE levels of the three groups showed a decreasing trend before and after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference between the three groups after treatment(P>0.05).It can be seen that all three treatment regimens can reduce the serum total IgE level in these patients.3.Comparison of total effective rate,recurrence rate,safety and adverse reactions(1)Total effective rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group(1)was superior to that of the treatment group(2)and the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the treatment group(2)and the control group(P>0.05);(2)Recurrence 2 weeks after drug withdrawal: the recurrence in the treatment group was the same as that in(1)the treatment group(2)(P>0.05),but both were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that desensitization mixture was better than ebustin in reducing short-term recurrence rate;(3)Safety: Three groups of patients were tested for safety indicators before and after treatment,including blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine,liver and kidney function,etc.The results showed that there were no abnormalities in the safety indicators of each group;(4)Adverse reactions:three patients in the control group showed symptoms of fatigue and dry mouth,all of which were mild and untreated,while the other two groups showed no adverse reactions.ConclusionDesensitization mixture has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria caused by blood deficiency and wind dryness.The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine has more significant efficacy,higher safety,and a small short-term recurrence rate.At the same time,it can reduce the serum total IgE level in such patients,which has a promising clinical application prospect. |
