| Objective:By observing and combing the influence of Tong Feng Qing Xiao recipe on TCM symptom and sign scores,VAS scores,ESR,BUA and related immune factors and other indicators in patients with damp-heat accumulated gout,objectively evaluate the efficacy of this method,provide a reliable treatment scheme to treat GA,and provide patients with safe and effective treatment.Methods:64 patients of the outpatient department and inpatient department in the orthopedics and traumatology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with32 cases in each group.The basic treatment:gout education,dietary intervention and oral administration of carbonation hydrogen sodium tablets at three times/day and 1g/time;the treatment group was treated with Tong Feng Qing Xiao recipe,one dose per day,oral administration with warm water twice a day;the control group was given diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets orally at twice/day and 75mg/time.Seven days were taken as one course of treatment for the two groups.The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after three courses of treatment.Results:(1)The baseline comparison between the two groups of patients was statistically significant in terms of gender,age,TCM symptom and sign scores,VAS scores and relevant laboratory tests.All p values were>0.05,which was comparable.(2)After relevant treatment,VAS scores,TCM symptom and sign scores,BUA,ESR,CRP,IL-1?,IL-6,CD4~+,CD8~+and CD4/CD8 were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment,and the resualt is VAS scores(p<0.01)?TCM symptom and sign scores(p<0.01)?BUA(p<0.05)?ESR(p<0.05)?CRP(p<0.01)?IL-1?(p<0.01)?IL-6(p<0.01)?CD4~+(p<0.05)?CD8~+(p<0.05)?CD4/CD8(p<0.01).(3)After treatment,comparison of efficacy between the two groups showed that in the treatment group,8 cases clinically controlled,16 cases showed significant effect,7 cases showed slight effect,and 1 case showed no effect,with the total effective rate of 96.88%.In the control group,5 cases were clinically controlled,9 cases showed significant effect,16cases showed slight effect,and 2 cases showed no effect,with the total effective rate of 93.75%.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(4)In terms of safety,there were 2 cases with gastrointestinal discomfort in the control group,which were relieved by themselves,and there was no discomfort in the treatment group.Conclusion:The Tong Feng Qing Xiao recipe is reliable in the treatment of gouty arthritis caused by damp heat accumulation.It can effectively improve TCM symptoms and signs,effectively reduce the blood uric acid and related inflammatory factors,and reduce the expression level of related immune factors without obvious side effects.This recipe can be used as a reference for clinicians to treat acute gouty arthritis. |
