Clinical Observation Of Xiaoyansan External Application Combined With Celecoxib In The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis (damp Heat Accumulation Type)

Objective : Observation antiphlogistic powder topical treatment of acute gouty arthritis joint celecoxib(damp and hot accumulate knot type)clinical effect,to explore the clinical value and safety,to seek a fast,safe and effective treatment.Methods:In the case of 60 cases of acute gout,the patients were divided into groups of A,B,and C,and 20 in each group.Three groups in the way of life and general treatment of the same cases,group A with antiphlogistic powder packed with celecoxib capsules orally,group B pure celecoxib capsules orally,group C pure be antiphlogistic powder topical,continuous observation curative effect after 1 week.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by comparison of three groups of treatments,such as pain points,syndromes,and laboratory indicators.Result:1、after one week treatment,group A,group B and group C in the degree of pain score,the TCM symptom integral and laboratory indicators within the group of comparison,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),suggesting that three sets of treatments for pain score and TCM symptoms integral,laboratory indexes.2、after one week treatment,group A and group B in the degree of pain score,Chinese medicine symptom integral,blood sedimentation and C-reactive protein comparison between groups,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),group A is better than that of group B;Group A compared with group B in blood uric acid,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),and the two groups were equally effective.3、 after one week treatment,the degree of group A and group C in the pain score,TCM symptoms integral,blood sedimentation and C-reactive protein comparison between groups,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),group A is better than that of group C;The difference between group A and group C in blood uric acid was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),and the two groups were equally effective.4、 After one week of treatment,group B and group C in the degree of pain score,TCM syndrome integral,blood sedimentation and C-reactive protein comparison between groups,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),group B is better than that of group C;The difference between group B and group C in blood uric acid was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),and the two groups were equally effective.Conclusion:A,B,and C were treated with the treatment of acute gout arthritis,and the effect of treatment was from high to low: A group > B group > C group.Show that antiphlogistic powder topical treatment of acute gouty arthritis joint celecoxib has the most significant effect for(damp and hot accumulate knot type,it can effectively relieve pain,reduce local swelling,improve the ability of the patient’s life,reduce the side effects,is the treatment of acute gouty arthritis(damp and hot accumulate knot type)of safe and effective method,has good clinical value,worthy of promotion.
