Qing Bi Scattered The Topical Treatment Of Damp And Hot Accumulate Knot Type Of Acute Gouty Arthritis Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingbi Powder for the treatmentof heat Accumulation of acute gouty arthritis.Method:82cases who is acutly attacked by gouty arthritis, and belong to thetype of humid and hot accumulation in TCM were randomly divided into twogroups.There are41cases in the treatment group, in the comparison group41cases as well. Both groups were given basic treatment.On the base of that basictreatment, the treatment group is given Qingbi scattered, the other group iscured by Voltaren emulsion. By comparison the clinical symptoms, relief of jointpain, disappearence of joint swelling, the application number of analgesics(diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets),and laboratory data, to evaluatethe safety and clinical efficacy about the scattered Qingbi.Result:1.In the treatment group of41cases,11cases are cured,19ones markedlyeffective,10ones effective, only one not effective, and the total efficiencyis97.6%. The other groupof41cases,6cases are cured,14ones markedly effective,19ones effective, only tow not effective, and the total efficiency is95.2%.By analysis of Statistical data, there is the difference of the total efficiencyin the two groups which indicate the clinical effect of the treatment group isbetter than the other one.2. After treatment,clinical symptoms and laboratory data decreased than before,there is significant difference (P <0.05) in the same group which indicate thatthe two group are very well in improving clinical symptoms of acute goutyarthritis and playing down laboratory data.3.To compare the treatment group with the comparison one, the former is lowerin clinical symptoms mark and shorter in the time of joint pain and joint swelling,there is the significant difference (P <0.05) in the two groups which list that the treatment group in improving clinical symptoms and shorten the time of jointpain and joint swelling is superior to the other group, the decreasing numberof applications painkillers as well.4.Treatment group and control group, no significant differences in ESR, CRP,serum uric acid indicators (p>0.05).Conclusion:As the treatment of acute gouty arthritis patients, Qingbiscattered can significantly improve the clinical symptoms; lower the indicators,just as erythrocyte sedimentation, creactive protein, and uric acid; shortentime of joint pain and swelling, and reduce number of the oral analgesicsmedicines.Therefore,Qing Bi San who is one of the effective medicines for thetreatment of acute gouty arthritis should be certain advantages.
