"The method of removing slough,promoting growth of tissue regeneration" is an one of the big methods in surgical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,To the body surface ulcer,it has "the stasis spoiled mixture","The Stasis pus mixture".the Chinese medicine thought that "The new meat wouldn't grow if the stasis does not go away",In this kind of situation,We should remove slough first before promoting growth of tissue regeneration.ShengJi HongFen Plaster is on behalf of the method of Removing slough and promoting growth of tissue regeneration,we system analysis this therapy by representative drugs named ShengJi YuHong Ointment(SJYHO) and ShengJi HongFen Ointment(SJHFO) which were prepared according to traditional theory and experience of the older generation experts in Guang'an Men hospital,ln the treatment of the anal fistula and anal edema patients,SJHFO has made the good clinical progress.This research is based on the rich clinical experience and the preliminary research on SJYHO and SJHFO.We Appraisal the effect of "removing slough" "promoting growth of tissue regeneration" and the Researching of the effect mechanisms of QFSJ therapy through the Clinical and Experiment research.Clinical research:OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of "The method of removing slough,promoti -ng growth of tissue regeneration" on skin-deficit infection wound healing and it's security.METHODS:The forty cases of the anal fistula and anal edema patients were enr -oiled in the study and randomly divided into two groups i.e.group A(twenty cases as SJHFO),group B(twenty eases as SJYHO).We observe the percentage of healing areas,wound-healing time,the wound color and luster changes,the histolo -gical and morphological changes,and the wound variety in PH were observed and measured on the 3,7,14 and 21 days,the drugs'untoward effect and so on to Summariz -e the Clinical effect and security of the method of removing slough,promoting growth of tissue regeneration.RESULTS:The result show that the wound-healing time and the removing slough time were shorter in SJYHO group than those in SJYHO group.The method of SJHF may decrease significantly the wound PH,short the time of the wound healing and the slough's falling off.There were remarkable different in these two groups. There were no untoward effection.CONCLUSION:SJHFO group is very fit to dressing change for some infection operation wounds such as anal fistula and anal edema,and it's safe for patients in clinic,in a short time and low concentration.Experiment research:OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect and possible mechanism of "The method of removing slough and promoting growth of tissue regeneration" on the skin-deficit infection wound healing of the rabbits.METHODS:There are three experiment groups:(1) SJHFO groups,(2)SJYHO groups, (3) Vaseline group.The skin-deficit infection medal were made on Ordinary rabbit -s,Three wounds on one rabbit back,which was dressed change by the prefer three drugs sepretly.Through the paired observation injured area secretion in the PH value determination,the protein content deter -mination and each stage injured area recovery rate,the medicine to ma crophage's activation function,to discuss the effect and possible mechanism of "The method of removing slough and promotin -g growth of tissue regeneration" on the skin- deficit infection wound healing of the rabbits.RESULTS:The method of SJHFO might obviously suppress the Anti-infection function.It can acid the seceretion of wounds,rise the content of Protein in wound tissues,And finally it speeds up the injured area cicatrisation.CONCLUSION:The method of removing slough,promoting growth of tissue regene -ration can speeds up the injured area cicatrisation,through the methods of the seceretion of wounds'acidification,Strengthens the anti-infection function, the rise of the content of Protein in wound tissues to achieve the goal of promotin -g the cicatrization of the injured area faster.The research was expected to provide theory foundation of the method,removin -g slough and promoting growth of tissue regeneration,on accelerating the wound healing.At the same time,it is the obvious science evidence that the produc -ts was securitily used in clinic.
