| Objective:To observe the effects of Jiawei Qingjie Soup on postoperative wound healing rate, wound healing time, wound pain and wound discharge of damp-heat-infused low perianal abscess, and to investigate the effectiveness and safety of Jiawei Qingjie Soup. Methods:Sixty postoperative patients with low perianal abscess admitted to the Department of Anorectal I of the Affiliated People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between February 2022 and December 2022 were collected and divided into treatment and control groups according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment such as fluid replenishment,haemostasis,anti-infection and large perianal drug change, etc. In the treatment group,on the basis of the conventional treatment, oral treatment with Plus Flavour Clear Solution Drink was given on the first post-operative day,one dose was taken daily, internally after breakfast and dinner, for a total of 2 courses of treatment,7 days being one course of treatment.Observe and record the trauma pain and trauma discharge on postoperative day 1,day 3,day7 and day 14 in both groups, calculate the trauma area and trauma healing rate on day 7 and day 14,and record the trauma healing time. The clinical observations of the two groups were recorded in an Excel sheet and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0 software.Results:1.Comparison of baseline data: Age,gender and original trauma area were compared between the two groups of cases, and the results were not statistically different(P > 0.05),indicating comparability between the two groups.2.Traumatic pain: There was no statistically significant comparison of pain scores between the two groups on the first and third postoperative days(P > 0.05).The comparison of pain scores between the treatment group and the control group on the 7th and 14 th postoperative days(P < 0.05)was statistically significant, indicating that the patients in the treatment group had better pain relief on the 7th and 14 th postoperative days than the control group.3.Wound discharge: There was no statistically significant comparison of wound discharge scores between the two groups on day 1 and day 3 after treatment(P > 0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the trauma secretion scores on day 7 and day 14 after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the patients in the treatment group had significantly less secretion on day 7 and day 14 after surgery compared with the control group.4.Wound healing rate: There was a significant difference in the wound healing rate between the two groups on day 7 and day 14 after surgery(P < 0.05).This indicates that the treatment group was more effective in promoting postoperative wound healing of perianal abscess compared with the control group.5.Time to wound healing: There was a statistically significant difference in the time to wound healing after surgery between the two groups(P < 0.05).This indicated that the mean trauma healing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion:The treatment with Jiawei Qingjie Soup was not significant in improving the trauma pain and trauma discharge situation in the early postoperative period of perianal abscess. However, after taking the medicine for 7 days,it could significantly reduce the trauma pain, decrease the trauma discharge production, improve the trauma healing efficiency and shorten the trauma healing time, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
