Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengdan in postoperative wound of perianal infectious diseases.To provide relevant clinical data for the clinical efficacy and safety of Hongsheng Dan.To explore a more efficient and safe way to change dressing after operation in accordance with clinical dialectical thought.Methods: The patients with perianal abscess and anal fistula in the department of anus and intestines affiliated to Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected for the study.After surgical treatment,90 patients who met the criteria of inclusion were selected,and 90 patients who met the criteria of diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group(Hongsheng Dan group),control group 1(Yuhong sandbar group)and control group 2(Vaseline gauze group)with 30 cases in each group.Results: In the treatment group,the patients in the treatment group got up early and were treated with 82 Dan,7 days after the operation,Jiuyi Dan was given,and Vaseline gauze was used when the pustule fell off.The days of use of Dan medicine were not more than 14 days,and the frequency of dressing change was once a day.Change the dressing with Vaseline gauze until the wound heals.The control group 1 was treated with magenta sand strip until the wound healed.In control group 2,Vaseline gauze was used until wound healing.The method of calculating the wound area of the three groups was calculated by the film-sticking method.The wound healing time,exfoliation time,secretion on day 1,day 3,day 7,day 14 after operation,granulation growth and wound area were observed in the three groups.Analysis Objective: to observe the local skin rash and systemic adverse reaction of Jiuyidan after treatment.Conclusion: Early use of Hongshengdan to promote wound healing and necrotic tissue shedding after operation in perianal infectious diseases has a significant clinical effect.Small doses and short periods of external use are safe and reliable.
