The Clinical Research On The Effect Of Therapy Of Wound Healing Which Is After Perianal Abscess’s Operation, After Use Of Xiaoyanshengji Ointment And Kangfuxinfluid

Objective:This study by observing the effect of XiaoyanshengjiOintment joint KangfuxinFluid for treatment of the wound after perianal abscess operation, to explore the effectiveness and advantages of the combined use of the two to promote wound healing after anal abscess operation, for the application and promotion of accumulation of clinical data.Methods:Selected criteria of 60 patients meeting the inclusion and divided them into treatment group and control group by a Random number table. The treatments including surgery and nursing of the two groups were the same;in terms of gender, age, course of disease, sizes of the wound, kinds of disease and others showed no difference with comparable. Patients in the treatment group were treated with XiaoyanshengjiOintment jointing KangfuxinFluid gauze until wound healing after surgery, while patients in the control group were treated with KangfuxinFluid dressing until wound healing. To observe the differences of the two groups in the overall efficacy, wound healing time, wound area reducing rate, postoperative pain,wound fluid, and so on.Results:1.The overall efficacy of the treatment group and the control group after 2 months was 100%, there was no significant difference.2.The average healing time of the treatment group and the control group were 29.13 days and 33.77 days, respectively, and there was significant difference between them.3.The mean wound area reducing rates of the fourteenth in the two groups were 22.07% and 15.60%, respectively, and there was significant difference between them.4.There was no statistical difference between the two groups after first days of postoperative pain. The postoperative pain of the two groups were different in the seventh and fourteenth day after the surgery.5.There were no difference between the two groups after first days of the wound fluid. The wound fluid of the two groups had differences in the seventh and fourteenth day after the surgery.6.The safety indexes of the two groups were not obviously abnormal during the treatment period.Conclusion:XiaoyanshengjiOintment combined with KangfuxinFluid for perianal abscess operation can effectively relieve postoperative pain, reduce edema, promote wound healing; the combined use of the two was better than the simple use of KangfuxinFluid in curative effect, and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
