Clinical Effect Of Guolao Powder On Wound Healing After Perianal Carbuncle Operation

Objective: Through clinical research,to explore the clinical effect of Guolao powder in promoting wound healing after perianal abscess operation,in order to find a better method to improve the current problems of wound healing slow,pain,exudation and so on.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients with perianal abscess were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,30 patients in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with "radical operation of perianal abscess".After operation,the experimental group was treated with Guolao powder and routine treatment,while the control group was treated with Longgan Xiaoyan plaster and routine treatment.By observing and recording the occurrence time of the white line of the wound margin,the total healing time of the wound,the pain and exudation of the wound on the 2nd,5th,8th and 11 th day after the operation,the collected data were processed by medical statistics,and then make a conclusion.Results: The 60 cases of perianal abscess were cured,no adverse reactions occurred in the recovery period,no postoperative complications such as anal fistula formation and defecation difficulty were found during the follow-up.After statistical analysis,the p-value of the observed data in the time of white line on the wound edge,the total time of wound healing,and the improvement of wound pain were all less than 0.05,suggesting that there was a significant difference between the two groups,that is,the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was equal to that of the control group;in the improvement of wound exudation,the p-value was greater than 0.05,It is suggested that there is no significant difference between the two groups,that is,the experimental group and the control group were changing the curative effect of good wound exudation is different.Conclusion: The external application of Guolao powder has the effects of promoting wound healing,bacteriostasis,anti-inflammatory,reducing wound pain and exudation of patients with anal carbuncle.The research shows,the treatment plan of Guolao powder for wound after operation of perianal abscess is the same as that of Longgan Xiaoyan plaster.It has the same effect in promoting wound healing,pain and so on.It also has a certain effect in improving wound exudation.It is worth further research and promotion.
