Objectives The essay is to evaluate objectively and systematically the clinical efficacy of Xianhuang lotion in the treatment of infant acute eczema and to provide reliable basis for clinical treatment. Methods 332 infants with acute eczema in Tangshan Hospital from July 2017 to June2018 were randomly divided into Xianhuang lotion group(111),traditional Chinese medicine preparation group(111)and Western medicine preparation group(110)according to the order of admission. The general conditions were recorded and Xianhuang lotion, traditional Chinese medicine preparation,Western medicine preparation were given respectively. The main symptoms and secondary symptoms were observed before treatment,3 days after treatment and 5 days after treatment. The effective time was recorded. The cure rate, total effective rate and adverse reaction rate were counted after treatment. The recurrence rate was recorded after 1 month of follow-up.According to the characteristics of infantile eczema, the clinical effects of Xianhuang lotion, traditional Chinese medicine preparation and Western medicine preparation were evaluated and analyzed on different symptoms and different infected parts of the patients'bodies. Results 1 Cure rate and total effective rate of treatment:The cure rate of Xianhuang lotion was 56.8%and the total effective rate was 88.3%in the treatment of infant acute eczema.51.9%in the treatment of exudation and erosion infant acute eczema, and 61.4%in that of erythema and papule infant acute eczema, respectively, the difference was no statistically significant. The total effective rate was 85.2%and 91.2%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant. The differences in the cure rate and total effective rate between the Xianhuang lotion and the traditional Chinese medicine preparation group and the Western medicine preparation group were statistically significant(?~2=6.000,P=0.049;?~2=8.474,P=0.014),the cure rate of the Xianhuang lotion group was higher than those of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation group and the Western medicine preparation group(?~2=4.163,P=0.032;?~2=4.350,P=0.037),the total effective rate of the Xianhuang lotion was higher than that of the Western medicine preparation group(?~2=8.537,P=0.003).The cure rate of the Xianhuang lotion group was higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group(?~2=5.765,P=0.016)in the treatment of exudation and erosion infant acute eczema, and the total effective rate of the Xianhuang group was higher than that of the Western medicine group(?~2=5.319,P=0.021)in the treatment of erythema and papular infant acute eczema.2 Clinical score:Before treatment,3 days after treatment and 5 days after treatment, the main symptom scores of children in the Xianhuang lotion group were(10.76±3.11),(4.74±1.69)and(2.48±0.94),respectively,the difference was statistically significant(F=33.624,P<0.05).The main symptom scores of 3 days and 5 days after treatment were lower than those before treatment(t=23.154,P<0.05;t=49.846,P<0.05).The scores of main symptoms in 5-day treatment were lower than those in 3-day treatment group(t=15.561,P=0.028);the scores of secondary symptoms in the Xianhuang lotion group before treatment,3-day treatment and 5-day treatment were(4.72±2.28),(1.81±1.45)and(0.91±0.86),respectively,the difference was statistically significant(F=35.746,P<0.05),and the scores of secondary symptoms of 3-day and 5-days after treatment were lower than those before treatment(t=14.049,P<0.05;t=30.073,P<0.05).The scores of secondary symptoms in 5-day treatment was lower than that of 3 days(t=6.010,P=0.018).There was no statistically significant in the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms between the Xianhuang lotion and the other groups before and after treatment for 3 days. The score of main symptoms in the Xianhuang lotion after treatment for 5 days was lower than that in the Western medicine group(t=3.825,P=0.041).There was no statistically significant in the scores of secondary symptoms among the three groups.3 Drug clinical onset time:The onset time of the Xianhuang lotion group was(2.00±0.89)days,and the clinical onset time of Xianhuang lotion group was(2.76±0.61)days and(1.37±0.57)days,respectively,in the treatment of exudative and erosive infant acute eczema, erythema and papular infant acute eczema, with statistically significant(t=32.361,P<0.05).The clinical onset time of the Xianhuang lotion group was shorter than that of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation group and the Western medicine preparation group(t=6.439,P=0.009;t=4.615,P=0.046).For children with erythema and papular eczema, the clinical onset time of the Xianhuang lotion group was shorter than that of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation group and the Western medicine preparation group(t=11.004,P=0.003;t=8.628,P=0.008);for children with exudative and erosive eczema, the clinical onset time of the Xianhuang lotion group was shorter than that of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation group(t=10.333,P=0.005).4 Adverse drug reactions:The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the Xianhuang lotion group was 0.9%,and the difference was statistically significant compared with 4.5%in the traditional Chinese medicine group and10.9%in the Western medicine group(?~2=11.066,P=0.004),and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in Xianhuang lotion was lower than that in the Western medicine group(?~2=9.996,P=0.002).5 Recurrence after drug treatment:The recurrence rate of the Xianhuang lotion group was 3.2%,compared with 6.4%in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 17.0%in the Western medicine group(?~2=7.114,P=0.029),and the recurrence rate of the Xianhuang lotion group was lower than that of the Western medicine group(?~2=6.245,P=0.012).Conclusions 1 The cure rate of Xianhuang lotion in the treatment of infant acute eczema was 56.8%,the total effective rate was 88.3%.The main symptoms and secondary symptoms were improved. The incidence of adverse reactions was 0.9%,the recurrence rate was 3.2%.The onset time was(2.00±0.89)days.2 The cure rate and total effective rate of the Xianhuang lotion group in the treatment of infant acute eczema are higher than those of the Western medicine preparation group, and the improvement of main symptoms is better than that of the Western medicine preparation group. The onset time is earlier than that of the Western medicine preparation gtoup, and the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate are lower than that of the Western medicine preparation gtoup.3 The cure rate of the Xianhuang lotion group in the treatment of infant acute eczema is higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation group. The clinical onset time of the Xianhuang lotion group in the treatment of erythema and papule eczema, exudative and erosive eczema is earlier than that of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation group.Figure2;Table17;Reference 120...
