| Acute eczema is a kind of symmetrical and recurrent skin inflammatory reaction caused by many internal and external factors.The skin rash is diverse and can occur in any part of the body surface,especially in the head,the back of the ear,the far end of the limbs,the exposed part of the hands and feet,the scrotum,the vulva,the anus and other places.The clinical manifestations are erythema,papule,blister,erosion and exudation,accompanied by severe pruritus,prone to repeated attacks.At present,western medicine focuses on the symptomatic treatment of antihistamines,glucocorticoids,astringents and protective agents.Although they can work in a short time,they are prone to drug dependence and have some side effects.Therefore,it is very important to find a safe and effective treatment for eczema.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main treatment of acute eczema is eczema.It is considered that pathogenic dampness is an important factor to cause eczema,which runs through the whole disease.Xian Yu lotion is an empirical formula for the treatment of acute eczema.It has achieved good results in many years of clinical application,but there is no relevant clinical research at present.ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xian Yu lotion wet compress in the treatment of acute eczema.MethodThe patients with eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Two groups were given western medicine Loratadine Tablets,Chinese medicine Longdan Xiegan Decoction orally,the treatment group was given Xian Yu lotion wet compress treatment,the control group was given normal saline wet compress treatment,and the course of treatment was 7 days.The changes and scores of the two groups were observed and recorded,and the data of each group were statistically analyzed to determine the efficacy.ResultsIn this study,57 patients with acute eczema were included,29 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease and other general information,as well as in the form of lesions,easi score,pruritus degree and rash area score before treatment(P>0.05).In the treatment group and the control group,it was found that after one week of treatment,the endothelial damage morphology,the area of skin lesions,the easi score and the pruritus degree score in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),which indicated that Xian Yu lotion and normal saline were effective in the treatment of acute eczema.Compared with the control group,the treatment group's skin shape,easi score and pruritus score were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the treatment group's skin area score was lower than that of the control group(P>0.05).This shows that the overall effect of Xian Yu lotion is better than that of normal saline in the treatment of acute eczema,but there is no significant difference in the reduction of rash area between the two.After one week of treatment,29 cases in the treatment group,10 cases were cured,15 cases were effective,3 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.5%.In the control group,27 cases were cured,1 case was cured,5 cases were effective,15 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 75%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionTherefore,it was found that Xian Yu lotion and normal saline had curative effect on acute eczema.But Xian Yu lotion has a more significant effect,and it's safe to use,suitable for clinical promotion. |
