Heat Swelling Lotion Wet Dressing And Chinese Herbs In The Treatment Of Clinical And Experimental Study Of Acute Eczema

In this article,two parts are included.One is the literature review,and the other is study report.The author reviewed literature on eczema research in tradi-Ⅰtional Chinese medicine in aspects of internal and topical treatment.Labotory research progress was also mentioned.The aim of clinical research was to try to observe the efect in treating acute eczema and contact dermatitis,evaluate the progress of lesion,and the animal experiment was aimed to this medicine had astringency and antipruritic actions.120 patients were divided into three groups,QINGREXIAOZHONG,saline(NS) and PIF UKANG group,pruitus,erythema,papule,blister,erosion,exudation,crust,accompany symptom,safty were measured after 1 day and 4 days after using the medcinces and thedifferences of improvement of symptomms and antipruritus were evaluated.To analyze the mechanism of QINGREXIAOZHONG the author carry out comparative study among three groups on anti-inflammatory,antipruritic,anti-bacteric functions in order to find out the function mechanism of this medchine.Results:The total effective rate of QINGREXIAOZHONG is 78.95%,curative rate is 52.63%;the total effective rate of PIFUKANG is 58.97%,curative rate is 33.33%, QINGRE-XIAOZHONG shows simlar effects with PIFUKANG and demonstrates little better results than PIFUKANG,remarkable better than the NS group,there is no remarkable difference between two treatment groups(P>0.05).At antipruritic effection, QINGRE-XIAOZHONG shows simlar effects with PIFUKA- NG,the NS group is the lowest.The harmful effection of the treatment groups is worse than NS group, PIFUKANG group is more seriously than QINGREXIAOZHO- NG group.To reveal QINGREXIAOZHONG shows got very excellent simlar with PIFUKANG than NSgroup.QINGREXIAO- ZHONG can effective control the mouse itch. The order of antiba- cterial intensity in this three groups is as follows:PIFUKANG, QINGREXIAOZHO- NG and NS.According to the result,the author that the Chinese medicine QINGREXIAOZHONG wet dressing method could treat the acute eczema and contact dermatitis effecttively. It has significant anti-inflammatory,antipruritus and antibacterial founctions.
