Clinical And Experimental Study On The Treatment Of Acute Eczema With Compound Lotion No.1

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Lotion No.1 in treating acute Eczema(damp-heat Immersion Syndrome),and to verify its safety and effectiveness in treating acute Eczema;To observe the in vitro antibacterial activity of Compound Lotion No.1 against common bacteria on the surface of acute Eczema lesions,and to elucidate the mechanism of Compound Lotion No.1 in treating Eczema.Methods: Clinical Observation Part: 60 cases of acute Eczema(damp-heat Immersion syndrome)were collected and divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random number table method.Ebastine tablets were taken orally as the basic treatment in both groups.The treatment group was treated with Compound Lotion No.1,and the control group was treated with 3% boric acid solution.After 7 days,the clinical symptoms,the area and severity of eczema,the improvement of pruritus,the improvement of TCM Syndrome and the adverse reactions were observed.Experimental Part: we observe the vitro antibacterial activity of Compound Lotion No.1 against common bacteria-staphylococcus aureus on the surface of acute eczema lesions,and expound the mechanism of Compound Lotion No.1 in treating eczema.Results: The results of clinical study showed that after 7 days treatment,in the treatment group,9 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 86.67%;While in the control group,3 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 70%;By statistical analysis,P<0.05,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant.The treatment group was superior to the control group,no significant adverse reaction.Experimental studies: The MIC value of Compound Lotion No.1 was 0.25,and its antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus minimum inhibitory concentration was similar to that of Erythromycin.The results showed that Compound Lotion No.1 had a certain bacteriostatic effect on Staphylococcus Aureus.Conclusion: Compound Lotion No.1 is an effective medicine for the treatment of acute Eczema.It has a good effect on the area and severity of eczema lesions,pruritus symptoms and damp-heat Immersion Syndrome.Compound Lotion No.1 has an inhibitory effect on common bacteriastaphylococcus aureus on the surface of acute Eczema lesions,and the bacteriostatic effect is one of the mechanisms of Compound Lotion No.1 in the treatment of acute Eczema...
