Objective1.To observe Chinese medicine Fuyuekang skin lotion in the treatment of acute and subacute of eczema clinical curative effect, and play traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute and subacute eczematous advantage.2. To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Fuyuekang skin lotion and see if we can improve the immune function of patients, reduce the eosinophil.MethodsThe experiment will meet the standard of 90 cases of acute and subacute eczema group, with the positive drug parallel controlled, randomized, clinical blinded experimental design method, set the positive control group (40 cases) and the treatment group (50 cases) and experimental group with Fuyuekang skin lotion wet dressing in the treatment of positive controls with 3% boric acid solution wet compress therapy and observed before and after treatment in patients with disease curative effect, itching index evaluation two aspects, to truly and objectively evaluate the Fuyuekang skin lotion treatment the clinical curative effect of acute and subacute eczema.Results1. Baseline data (including age, gender) were comparable in the two groups (P>0.05). Treatment group into the group of the SASSAD integral, index of itching and addicted to eosinophil (EOS) and positive control group differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05), with comparability.2. Treatment group and positive control group SASSAD integral, itching index, eosinophil (EOS) treatment is reduced, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups of treatment programs were able to achieve satisfactory efficacy.3. Treatment group after treatment the SASSAD integral, index of itching, and addicted to eosinophil (EOS) compared with positive control group decreased more obviously, significant differences, with statistical significance (P<0.05) by that treatment in treatment group was significantly better than the positive control group.ConclusionFuyuekang skin lotion wet dressing is more effective in treatment of acute and subacute eczema, can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms and pruritus index, effectively reduce the blood eosinophil (EOS) level, which is worthy of clinical use.
