A Study On The Management Of Foreign MBBS Students In Xinjiang Under The Background Of "The Belt And Road"

In September to October of 2013,Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed a major initiative to build the "Silk Road Economic Belt " and " 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road "("the Belt and Road"),which has aroused great concern from the international community.It was proposed in the “The vision and action to promote the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt and 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road.” that The strategic goal of "the Belt and Road" is to achieve the "five links",namely,policy communication,trade unimpeded,road Uni com,currency circulation and The common heart of the people.Strengthening the cooperation and exchange of educational cooperation along the "the Belt and Road" is an important content of the "the Belt and Road" strategy,and also an important way and means to realize common heart of the people.Xinjiang as the "core area" of "the Belt and Road",it is an open window linking countries such as Central Asia,South Asia and Western Asia,as well as an important cultural and scientific and educational center on the Silk Road Economic Belt.One of the most important strategic resources for the construction of the "the Belt and Road" is the bright people.The strategy of "the Belt and Road" provides a new platform for Xinjiang to promote and communicate with countries along the line and creates new opportunities.Therefore,it is very important for Xinjiang to develop the education of overseas students batter under the background of "the Belt and Road".According to statistics,MBBS students is the largest group among with the bachelor foreign students.Xinjiang medical colleges have rich experience in the education of international students in China.However,it is a big problem to think about how to optimize the education management of medical students rely on the "the Belt and Road".This article takes this as the breakthrough point,uses the literature analysis method,the comparative research method,the interview survey method and the questionnaire survey method,first,analyzed the general trend of MBBS students in Xinjiang and the current situation of foreign students' management,Then summarized the existing problems from enrollment,teaching management and daily management.And put forward some suggestions for further improvement for the management of MBBS in Xinjiang medical college.
