Purposes:This study aims to investigate the status and situation of the health development in those countries along ‘the Belt and Road'.The key healthy problems are identified.Some main constraint on healthy development in those countries are discussed,such as economic development level and the conduct of life.Finally,the method to solve the problems are proposed.Through these discess,we can not only promote the health servies development of‘the Belt and Road',but also improve the health level of peoper along it.All of these is aimed at achieving the common destiny of mankind.Methods:The current situation of national health development about the countries along ‘the Belt and Road' was analyzed by literature method.Empirical analysis,data analysis and comparative analysis were used to carried out the development status of the health about the representative countries along ‘the Belt and Road'.Factors that effecting the development of national health service along ‘the Belt and Road' were found out.The study also used linear regression analysis to established two regression models,one is used to describe the socio-economic development's and health resource allocation's indicators;and the other one is used to describe the relationship between health resource's and national health targets' s indicators.The statistical test level ?=0.05,P<0.05 means it is meaningful.Results:(1)The level of economic and social development of countries along ‘the Belt and Road' are unbalanced.Middle-income and high-income countries have a good level of economic and social development.The aging population of these countries is bigger.The level of economic and social development is poor in low-income countries and the level of social aging is low.(2)The status quo of health care businesses along ‘the Belt and Road' countries are uneven and inadequate.The amount of medical and health resources and the utilization rate of residents' health services are high in middle-income and high-income countries.The health level of the population is good.Middle and low-income countries have low utilization rate of health resources and health services and poor health level of the population.(3)The health resources of countries along ‘the Belt and Road' are positively related to the economic conditions of each country.Namely: Countries with higher income levels have significantly higher levels of health development and health resource allocation than countries with lower income levels.(4)There is a positive correlation between the level of health in the countries along ‘the Belt and Road' and the development level of health care and the degree of ownership of medical and health resources.That is,the health status of the people in countries with high level of health career development and health resource allocation is relatively good.(5)For low-income countries along the route,should improve environmental sanitation,public health facilities and other basic conditions as a effective way to resolve their health issues;middle-income and high-income countries should change the way of life of residents in order to control the country's outstanding health issues.Conclusion:(1)Due to many influencing factors such as the natural environment,social environment,lifestyle,and behavioral habits,the level of development of the health care career along ‘the Belt and Road' shows a great difference.(2)In different countries along ‘the Belt and Road' has different health issues: lowincome countries mainly use infectious diseases as their disease burden;middle-income and high-income countries mainly use chronic noncommunicable diseases as their diseases burden.(3)Promoting mutual learning and expanding cooperation in health care among countries along ‘the Belt and Road',will contribute to the development of ‘the Belt and Road'.
