Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Medical Service In Municipal Public Hospitals

Medical disputes have become a social problem,which leads to the problem of medical service becoming a social concern.Public hospital,as the main body of basic medical service,has the function of providing general benefit public medical service for the society,but the existing financial payment system is the country's difference appropriation unit,in the actual operation generally is the self-financing management mode,also causes the public welfare manifests the state which is not obvious.Some public hospitals are not satisfied with the quality of medical service because of the shortage of high new medical equipment and the lack of qualified medical service resources.In this respect,the State began to implement a new medical reform program in 2017,in order to uphold public hospital's public welfare,both to protect the income of medical staff and bring benefits to patients.This article is devoted to public hospital Medical Service's public welfare attribute,through the promotion Medical service quality and so on means to alleviate the doctor-patient contradiction,causes the public hospital to guard the health and the medical benefit to the people.This article mainly uses the literature data method,the observation method,the investigation and research method,mainly through the five public hospital Medical Service On-the-spot observation,as well as in the public hospital to provide the medical service personnel and the patient the doctor to carry on the questionnaire survey,summarized the Shenyang public Hospital Medical Service present Condition Foundation,This paper finds out the existing problems of medical service in public hospitals,analyzes the root causes of medical service problems,and probes into the concrete countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of medical service in public hospitals.
