OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with acupoint embedding in the treatment of upper limbs of shoulde r-hand syndrome after stroke, and to seek a treatment method that is more conducive to alleviating upper extremity edema and improving the range of joint activity.Method:Six t y patients with post-stroke shoulder-s houlde r syndrome were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission(control group and treatment group),30 patients in each group. The two groups of patients were given basic treatment during admission. The control group received electroacupuncture therapy. The application of sparse wave, frequency 5 Hz,needle retention 30 min, once a day,6 consecutive days per week,1 day rest,1 treatment time was 28 days.A total of 1 course of treatment was accepted;the treatment group was treated with acupoint embedding therapy on the basis of the control group, and the acupoint embedding treatment was performed weekly on the electroacupuncture treatment day,and the embedding was performed once a week, and a total of four times were buried. The control group was consistent. Before and after treatment, the swelling evaluation,NRS pain evaluation,FMA upper limb activity evaluation and "Stroke assessment and treatment of stroke" were evaluated. The data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 19.Results:1.Total efficacy analysis:The total effective rate of the two groups was 93.10%in the treatment group and 82.14%in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the total effect of the treatment group was better than that of the treatment group.Control group.2.Comparison within the group after treatment:The difference between the two groups of patients before and after treatment, the patient's swelling score,NRS score and FMA score, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups ofpatients after the treatment of limb swelling, pain and upper limb activity The function is improved compared with before treatment.3.Comparison between groups after treatment:After treatment, the treatment group and the control group were compared, the swelling score,NRS score and FMA score were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group had better swelling, pain and upper limb function after treatment than the control group.Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture combined with acupoint embedding therapy, simple electroacupuncture can improve the upper limb swelling score, pain, upper limb dysfunction in patients with post-shoulder syndrome of stroke.2.Electroacupuncture combined with acupoint embedding therapy is better than simple electroacupuncture group in improving the upper limb swelling, pain and upper limb dysfunction in patients with post-stroke shoulder syndrome.
